The Law Offices of Nick Nemeth at 4101 McEwen Rd #750, Dallas, TX 75244…read more This review can be way longer than I'm about to make it. I'm just going to start out with some of the names of the people that were involved in making my case go from a horrible IRS situation to feeling like I got a good deal "BY HIRING THE RIGHT LAW TEAM". Special thanks to these team members below in no special order: Katrina,Victoria, Jamie, Clay, Shreeya, Ghayath, Yolanda and Mr. Nick started it all with me on the first phone consultation. I contacted Mr. Nemeth law office in Dallas, with a very interesting situation I had with the IRS. Without getting into any real details about my personal business. I'm pretty sure anyone else would have been panicking in this type of situation knowing the amount of money that could be owed. My friends and family that I barely told any details about the situation their minds could not handle the issue and understanding the significance. Just plainly put people are scared of the IRS. His team stayed in communications with me throughout the entire ordeal. They advised me on each details of how things were progressing and what did I need to stay focused on. The money I paid from when he first started and told me up front. What the cost I was looking at, I feel like I got my money's worth and that within itself makes me feel good about this whole situation. Definitely if any of my friends or family in the future has any issues dealing with the IRS. This team of lawyers is definitely their go-to to save their peace of mind. I would like to thank everyone who was involved in my case and I hope I never have to call you guys again lmao Thank You

Proceed with Caution: My Experience with Ron Mussett…read more I initially worked with Ron to set up my LLC taxed as an S-corp. He was helpful during the initial process, but unfortunately, the execution was flawed. He made repeated administrative errors, such as filing paperwork incorrectly, missing deadlines, and even misspelling my name and my company's name multiple times. While I initially overlooked these mistakes, things only worsened over time. One of my biggest concerns was Ron's reluctance to answer questions beyond quarterly payroll tax filings. I often felt like an annoyance rather than a valued client. More critically, he failed to inform me that I wasn't making estimated personal income tax payments, which led to a substantial tax bill for 2024--complete with penalties. Based on my experience with him, I expect he would say this wasn't his responsibility, but better communication could have prevented the issue. Additionally, his tax planning knowledge was not the right fit. For instance, he was unfamiliar with Solo 401(k) plans and only recommended SEP IRAs, which didn't align with my financial strategy. He also would push back against strategies like structuring payroll for my spouse, paying her the max required for a 401(k) contribution, and "netting out." Beyond these shortcomings, his overall responsiveness was mediocre to poor--not just during tax season but consistently throughout the year. He was only reachable via email and rarely by phone, making it difficult to get timely responses. To be fair, Ron is very affordable compared to other CPAs. At the time, I was paying a fraction of what I pay now. However, I've come to realize that paying three times as much for my new CPA is well worth it--because at least now, I don't have IRS penalties, unexpected tax bills, or unanswered questions. My new CPA is available via phone and Zoom, open to one-on-one consultations, and takes the time to ensure I understand my tax strategy. If you're looking for a CPA who provides proactive guidance, strategic tax planning, and clear explanations, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Just as we expect doctors to have bedside manner, I believe a CPA should show a level of respect and care for their clients. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I often felt disregarded, and the lack of communication left me with IRS penalty letters, an unexpected tax bill, and a new CPA who is now cleaning up the mess. Ultimately, I take responsibility for not holding Ron accountable sooner. However, if you choose to work with him, be prepared to take a very hands-on approach and ensure you fully understand what he is offering. I've since found a CPA who is a much better fit--someone who takes the time to explain tax-saving strategies, aligns with my long-term financial goals, and ensures I won't be blindsided by another massive tax bill in 2025.

I found the Crescere group from the positive reviews on Google and Yelp, and I am certainly glad I…read moredid. Ron is a tax wizard. He helped me both with my business taxes and personal taxes, and WOW was I impressed with his knowledge. His expertise was such a relief to be able to lean on this year. Ron also has a unique since of humor, which may not be for everyone, but it made paying taxes oddly relaxing for me (and dare I say, even enjoyable). Would strongly recommend Ron for both business and personal tax needs!

IRSPROB and Randell Martin is the real deal... he's a true tax whisperer. It can happen to anyone. You let one year slide, and then another -- and find yourself in a hole with a looming tax debt, terrified to deal directly with the IRS. Owing over 150K including penalties and interest (with the clock still ticking), I could barely sleep at night. Prior to meeting Randell, I had worked with another CPA firm that was accredited and had supposed experience with dealing with the IRS. But it just felt as if they were going through the motions... File the returns and get on a never-ending payment plan. There was no extra consideration as to other factors that might have contributed to my arrears, or exploring any relief options available to me. I actually met Randell by chance, and everything changed from that point on. He immediately got me current with my filings, and paid special attention to ensure I was maximizing every deduction I was entitled to. Randell left no stone unturned, and wanted to understand my complete financial picture including alimony and child support to my health situation attributing to huge medical bills and credit card debt. He determined that I would be a good candidate for an Offer in Compromise, and helped me compile all the required documents so he could submit the offer. One year later... the IRS accepted the offer, paying just a fraction of my debt. I'm now in compliance and can finally have peace of mind. Randell is not only a savvy CPA -- he combines compassion, experience and strategy to help you effectively navigate the tax system with real results.

It quickly began to add up and the IRS placed a lien on our home. After much research, we engaged Bill Bronson to help us negotiate with the IRS. Mr. Bronson was a patient, confident and supportive consultant as we made our way through the process, which lasted just short of one year. Mr. Bronson negotiated a reasonable monthly payment contract for us, and we just made our first payment. The lien won't be removed for a few years, but simply knowing we addressed the problem successfully is more than reassuring. PAY YOUR TAXES ON TIME to avoid making the same mistakes we did.
