The crumb of the dough was fantastic and the base was cooked perfectly crisp. The wonderful texture of this pizza was somewhere in between US hand tossed and Detroit style. Also, since staff was not perfect in English, he double-triple checked that they make us the right items. Unlike in some other places.... Huge respect for these guys. And environment was lovely as well. Too bad that this pizzeria is harder to notice in the street, if you don't know where to look for it.
