I stated that I was reading the entire Amazon Local ad; there was NO MENTION of such a fee. The person on the phone insisted that I would have to pay it. I canceled the massage and made a formal complaint to Amazon Local, where a customer service agent agreed that she had never heard of such a thing and that they would be launching an investigation. I guess they've made a few extra bucks this way from people who don't know any better, but one has to wonder; is it worth the negative review or the investigation?
