Low quality Wifi and when it gets disconnected, the landlady replied that there is nothing she could do about it. I made two requests, and finally after four days, the connection works again. As such I incurred extra cost using my mobile data. A fully equipped kitchen but some pots are rusty, non-stick pans full of scratches and a cutting board that does not look inviting to cut anything on. Almost no communication from the landlady, you do however receive messages slipped under your door, in translated English or German, where we have to spend some time deciphering the message. Check out time is 10am and at 8:30am we received a German note under the door reminding us that we have to leave at 10am as the cleaner will have to start on time and that any extra time needed will cost her €15 per hour. At 10am while we were exiting the place, the landlady and cleaner were already standing outside the door waiting to charge into the apartment for their cleaning job. Landlady is extremely unfriendly and rude. A pity for a supposedly pleasant stay in a spacious apartment. read more
