Another 5-star rating. They were on time to both the church and the venue. They knew the order of the mass and what songs to sing and when. They also worked well with the priest to coordinate timing. We were running behind schedule at the venue and they stayed a bit later to wrap up our schedule with them. My daughter sang a song with them before they left and they also knew how to coordinate themselves with her notes/tone so it would sound good, and it did! I thought they would have more women singers/members with them, but it's just one. But, it's ok, because her voice is beautiful and has a presence. The owner also asked me what colors the party was wearing so they could try and match. You will not regret hiring them. read more

My family hired them for a very special event and they were very unprofessional since the beginning when event first started you can clearly tell they had no energy what so ever. They were rude to guest who were requesting songs especially to the one that had hired them. They took a break longer than what we had signed on the contract and we had proof and they still tried to lie and tried to leave early. I've hired multiple Mariachis in the past and have never had such an awful experience especially with the crazy prices they are charging. They also need to re learn a lot of the songs because they would laugh half way through because they didn't know any of them. Don't recommend them at all! read more

Mariachi San Carlos recently played at my wedding as a post-ceremony surprise for my now-wife. Maria was an absolute pleasure to work with for the entire booking process, and she was very prompt and cordial with her communication. We wanted something a little unique, only a 20-30 minute performance given hotel noise restrictions, and Maria was very willing to try and work with us to negotiate price so that we could make it worth the band's time as well as help us meet our event needs. There were some tricky logistics to coordinate as their performance had to be kept a complete surprise from my wife, but Maria and her team did an excellent job following directions so that we seamlessly pulled off the surprise. At the wedding itself, they did an absolutely AMAZING job. They played all of the songs I requested along with a few additional surprises, and our guests absolutely loved them. Their music brought my wife and I to tears! It was such a special tribute to my late grandparents and our Mexican heritage, and I can't imagine having had our wedding without this important aspect of the day.
