BENIQUEZ - Went in with a laundry list of problems. chronic constipation basically my whole…read moreentire LIFE, bad bloating, indigestion, brain fog, BLOOD IN STOOL. didn't seem to be of any concern. he came in, i spoke to him for about 7 minutes, he just typed things up an the computer as i spoke, asked basic questions, was in and out. at the end of it, he scheduled me for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. found out the DAY OF MY CLEANSE (day before procedure), his office was supposed to send in a medication to help clear my gut - they never sent it. so i had to drive all the way across town last minute, messing up my timeline you have to take these medications and laxatives, and get something they had there in office. the day before i'm supposed to GO UNDER!! it gave me no sense of security or safety. they were unorganized and it made me worry - if they couldn't get even the PREP right, how is he supposed to do my procedure right?! i was riddled with anxiety the day of. anyway, went in for the procedure. he told me "there's nothing to be done about my results, everything is small" guess it's nothing too severe in his eyes. and at the end of ALL that - the ONLY thing he said to do was "change my diet". lol. for starters, i rarely ever eat out nor do i have a bad diet, quite the contrary actually. he did absolutely nothing else to address my ongoing problems. no looking into other possibilities, no tests for any of my other symptoms, still have bloody stool, nothing to ease my constipation, brain fog wasn't even addressed. 0/10 the worst experience, wasted $500+ dollars for him to tell me absolutely nothing and do absolutely nothing for me. i love being a woman with medical issues, my favorite thing about going to the doctors I PAID FOR, is being ignored!! to this day every issue i have is still present. was 100% a waste of time AND money. find another doctor!!!!

After my boyfriend had his eye exam done here, I decided it was time for some new contacts and glasses so I set up an appointment. They were able to get me in within two weeks and at a time that worked for me. To speed up the process they also gave me the paperwork when scheduling my appointment and told me I could just bring it with when I came back. Efficiency. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and cheerful. I even appreciated that the doctor didn't try to confuse me in any way and actually set straight a lot of misinformation I was given by my previous doctor/salesperson. You know the best part... the glaucoma machine. You know the machine that blows air into your eyes to test the pressure? At the previous optometrist, I'd always "fail" the test and then I'd have to go through the process of having my eyes dilated which always sucks because driving after is the worst. FBOC's glaucoma machine was actually able to give a real reading because it was a quick push of air instead of the long shot of air that was always forced my eyes to shut. No dilation, YAY! Pretty smooth process and from start to finish was maybe an hour of my time. The staff is great. And I felt like they really went the extra mile with everything... the doctor even decided it was best to do a follow up appointment since there was some uncertainty with my contacts. I paid out of pocket and felt that the price for a contact and glasses prescription was reasonable at $129 (and that included the trial pair of contact lenses).
