It was such a great experience that the next year we moved her into five days. The next year pre-K, kindergarten and then added child number two and eventually child number three. We have got to experience many different styles of teaching, grades, and also how it's different between girls and boys but one clear message is the same: that you are loved and that God loves you. The Education is excellent. It's also really fun to see organized sports, arts and extra curricular activities beginning within the school at the early ages too! We have loved it, and if you quickly do the math for three children, you can easily see that it is beyond worth it to us!!!

The only problem is parking. they used to have a circle drive that would cause many problems as the school grew. This problem prompted the school district to tear down the school and rebuild it, maximizing the lot space and building a bigger school. This time around it will have a larger amount of parking lot and 2 stories to accommodate for the growing population around it. Great school, great people, great experience!

And as expected multiple kids failed. all it is, is money hungry staff, would NOT reccomend.

They emphasize requiring children to work out their problems themselves. In spirit, this appears to be a great tool to equip children to become resourceful and accountable adults. In hindsight, this emphasis is built on a utility the school uses to separate children from their parents on an emotional level. This school is EXACTLY what we were trying to avoid in the public school system. This school believes they are better equipped to raise your children than you are, and when you are able to recognize this, you see it in everything they do. For example, parents are not allowed to speak to teachers without using the school's provided communication systems (which do not allow you to keep a backup of for your own records.) No personal emails, text messages, phone calls, or the like -- they want to monitor every exchange parents have with any employee of the school and they retain and control all access to these communications. In multiple interactions with administration, it became highly apparent that this school is harboring some highly narcissistic and mentally deranged people. Please, for the sake of your children, run far away! We did, and couldn't be happier. We only wish we had not made this mistake at all.

The high rating is BS. The education might be decent but the environment will make you want to die.

The class sizes are much smaller than the public schools in the Kansas City metro, the teachers are very involved with the kids, and the principal is very hands-on with the school. And because of this, it is always at the top of elementary schools in the state of Kansas based on the KSDE report cards and test scores, which we confirmed. I highly recommend this school for an excellent start to a child's education.

Their turnover is sky high and they lose entire classrooms of teachers in the middle of the school year who complain of being unsupported. the staff seem to hate the parents and straight up lie to them. it obvious which kids they don't like becuase your kids come home talking about how much the teacher yells at certain kids. We did Not return becuase we felt it Was unsafe. it's 16000+ a year but only for some. if you hold out they discount the tuition because they don't seem to hit their enrollment goal.

Their facility is clean, secure, the staff is friendly and they teach the kids great foundational Christian principles. My girls started there at 6 weeks old and we have been there for 10 years. They are so reliable. They love on all of the kids like family. They are very organized and have a great curriculum. In fact, my daughters were reading by age 3 because of their great education. When my kids turned 5, they graduated from the program, however, we continue to enroll them in the summer program. I can not thank Grow In Peace enough for what they have been/and are for my family. My kids have tons of pictures (wonderful memories) because the teachers take them and put together photo books to keep. This is definitely a place you can trust. My kids have always been clean, felt safe and learned educationally and spritually because of this place helping to give them a great foundation. One of the staff members accused my child of stealing a wedding ring from another childs parent…read more The incident did not happen on school grounds and had nothing to do with the school but the staff is extremely messy. My child was threatened by the staff member there that the police were going to take her and myself away. After the situation they kept the staff member on schedule and put her in a room with my younger child where he came to me telling me she had treated him differently. The parent (who lost her ring) later found her ring locked securely in her home in their safe... after having a private investigator follow me and accusing my then 7 year old of being a thief in front of the entire school No apology was ever issued to me or my child after she was embarrassed by the school. My child unfortunately has not forgotten this incident and how they made her feel. We were instructed to not mention this incident to anyone by the pastor of the church and the director. Other parents with concerns were also hushed about their experience here. Some of their school age instructors have very little patience and are not watchful of the kids. Sitting in a corner yelling at the kids is not engaging with them.
