There is a reason they are always hiring. The company is VERY strict. I was one of the best workers they had but was always nitpicked for every little I did. I was scared to do anything because everything I did was a problem. There are constantly mandatory meetings at inconvenient times (right smack in the middle of your day off) and constant threats of your attendance bonus being ripped away. This is because the company is very cheap, and the pay is low for the amount of work expected. Most importantly, the admin assistant is nefarious and the ultimate reason why I left; the rest was just icing on the cake. He is power hungry, petty, rude, lazy, and always wants to assert his dominance. He would write you up for just about anything then tell you it wasn't a write up yet forced you to sign it. I refused to sign and then put in my two weeks which was awful generous, and then I receive a letter in the mail saying I have to schedule an appointment to even enter the premises of the building . . . now I can't visit my residents because he is still out to get me even after I voluntarily resigned!!!!

There is a definite lack of communication among the staff for home health care. I would never use…read morethis company to care for your loved ones! The nurse that came to the house was very rude and obviously does not care about patients. She should not be in the profession that she is in, and I can't believe that she was hired by this company, but since the receptionist is always clueless whenever I have called, I think it's just because the company just doesn't care about hiring quality people and giving good service.
