My transaction was riddled with difficulties on the seller's end (bizarro demands for "upgrades" despite the "as is" contract they signed) and Richard really kept me calm. He knew exactly how to handle things, worked really well with the seller's attorney and kept me posted every step of the way. I also was able to get exactly what was agreed upon initially (despite the insane upgrade requests) without having to kill the deal- which I had little hope for, but Richard reassured me would work out. Also, I asked for him to quote me a maximum, because I just wanted an idea of worst case scenario...and all his scenarios and fees made sense and he stuck to them.
