We was able to get a funeral wreath day after we ordered and our family couldn't be more happier with the detail, loved it.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers online through Gary's flowers. The bouquet I ordered was not…read moredelivered. Gary was out of multiple flowers featured in the online arrangement and replaced them with other flowers without notifying me. The alstroemeria flowers ordered had sentimental value and I chose this bouquet because of them. The delivered bouquet is smaller but "included more expensive flowers". Gary offered a refund once the flowers had been returned, but he was not pleasant to deal with and left me in a bind.

I called Gary's Flowers to remedy the situation and the gentleman on the phone was inexcusably rude then hung up on me. Then when we called back, he kept on yelling about how we should have ordered locally and not online and he kept claiming he refused the order. My question is if you have problem with online orders why do you take them? I understand that I should order locally and I will from now on. HOWEVER, I will NEVER give my business to this man and his nasty attitude.

I told the woman who took the order I wanted a silk spray that could be left at the cemetery. She tried to get me to do fresh flowers and I explained again I wanted a nice silk arrangement to leave after all the fresh flowers were gone. She told me the family had picked a red with white arrangement of fresh flowers for the casket and she had a pretty red silk spray that would match it already made. She did not say what the flowers were and I did not ask. when we went that night to family night, I was shocked at what I had paid $107.00 for. IT WAS A LEFT OVER CHRISTMAS SPRAY!! I had several people ask me why I had ordered a poinsettia Christmas spray.
