There's nothing special about the food, and the service was absolutely terrible.
A person in our party ordered a vegan sandwich. Waiter came back to say they were out of tofu. She ordered something else and reminded him she's vegan. Her sandwich came with mayo. We had to flag another staff down to ask for another sandwich. The waiter never came to the table to apologize or to check on us.
We also had to wait for our check. The establishment suggests a 10% gratuity, which is ridiculously high to such an awful service. The person who paid the bill told the server he could add the gratuity. He never thanked her. She asked him to add her id # (for tax purposes in Brazil), and when he brought the check back he pretty much put it on her face. She politely smiled and thanked him again.
