The next day, the day of my appointment, I tried calling them--from two different numbers that I found at their website. It rings, transfers to another phone, rings, and does this about 5 times, then you're on hold and eventually have to hang up because no one ever answers the phone, and there is nothing that tells you how much longer you have to wait. :-( VERY aggravating!! I've never seen any business harder to talk to! The day I went down there, their website said "Walk-ins Welcome!" So, I walked in that day and waited for nearly 15 minutes before I was acknowledged, and then was told that they couldn't see me at all that they were already full for that day and "would you like to make an appointment." So, I made one, and now cannot nicely tell them to please give my time to someone else because their email doesn't work, and no one ever answers the phone!! Don't even waste your time with these people and do not be fooled into thinking that if you get a MM card that you're going to save a bunch of money at the dispensary, cause it just ain't so!

Then if its still wrong and have not been able to get it because of whatever reason there is no refund and there is no where to go because they do not have any open store front to walk into . Its just not needed anymore and its nothing but a rip off
