HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Very incompetent people!! My 77 year old grandfather that has a current loan there, with an 809 credit score, was just denied credit for a new loan for $1500.00 more. All because the credit union is full of incompetent staff members that are unable to do their jobs correctly. My grandfather has NEVER missed a payment or anything. The credit union staff continued to harass him for proof of insurance on his ATV that he provided to them on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS!! So, then they flagged his account, because of their ignorance and stupidity!! The dealership is now considering not using this credit union for future deals!! read more

If you're a investor or need any type of time sensitive transactions stay away, called and needed both my checking accounts opens up to 5k for a major investment and they had to get approval, said the would call me back...
