They do their job well I feel safe and I feel happy. The Maintenance staff are awesome. I had a minor issue and it was taken care of very quickly. My apartment has both a washer and dryer. They wash and dry well. My clothes always look great. I also know if I wanted to buy a washer-dryer set, I can do that but at a reasonable charge per month, leave it alone lol. The apartment itself is so uplifting and so beautiful. There is a patio that to me is worth bragging about because it's screened in and during the cooler months enjoyable to open up the sliding glass doors to enjoy the cool air and to sit outside which to me is a feeling of owning a house again and I decided to sell my house elsewhere and I have that same feeling just don't have high overhead and have been able to retire. Rent is fair and so is electricity. In the Summertime, my apt. cools down quickly and I sleep very well. Great neighbors, no one is noisy and again, I feel safe. People who live here are screened very well. The apartment is just off of Spring Hill Drive, Omaha Circle is just off of it. Deltona meets up with Spring Hill Drive and you are smack there. Spring Hill is wonderful as a city. Shopping is amazing and this is great to be fairly near the 19 so it lends itself to quite a bit. The grounds are kept immaculate. The trash bin is emptied often and you never see a dog not on a leash. Just want to add one last thing, no flooding. This property was thought out well. We have very good drainage. The property to me looks like a vacation home,well lit at night, I have tossed out trash late in the night. I love to cook but I like to throw out today's trash, today. The apt. is easy clean. The carpeting is low cut shag and neutral in color. Any style of furniture will look great in the bedrooms. The rest is tile. I just want to say this is to me, Spring Hill's best!

When we first moved in 10 months ago we were promised that a new playground was being built and its hasn't yet and new mgr says it wont. The pool is and has been unclean since we moved in. We mentioned it to the office once and the mgr suggested that my son pooped in it when it was clearly mold or algae. There is rebar sticking out of concrete right down a small hill that the kids in the neighborhood frequently ride their bikes on. The trees are usually hanging too low over the sidewalk to the point where you have to walk into the road to take out your trash or check your mail. Maintainance is unprofessional and one speaks almost no english. The only speak spanish in front on you. They often mess things up or have no idea what they are doing. They use tenants towels and use their couches at ladders. Thats if you can get them to come out in the first place. Parking is a mess and I was told "its fine because no one else has complained about it". Took over 2 months to get hot water in my second bathroom and when the guy finally come out to fix the issue it only took him 5 minutes to fix. I was told that he was going to have to tear down my shower wall and they wanted to do it in another apt which is why it was taking so long. Meahwhile, I watched several people move in and out of apts. All he had to do was replace a portion of my faucet. The gate to the dog park can be pushed over by any larger dog. There is trash all over the complex and I watch the guy skip over it as he skins the complex when he supposedly picks it up every morning. The gates on the "gated community" haven't worked since we moved in. We were told they would be. Staff is unfriendly and simply lie to your face to get you to sign a lease. Pricing is good if you got what you were promised. DONT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

We moved our parents to the Residence several years ago when we determined they needed extra care…read moreand to be closer to family. The staff at the Residence has always been very helpful, especially as our mother developed dementia. At a given point, the staff suggested a memory care unit for her, which meant that mom and dad would have to live separately. There was some personal trauma by executing that decision, but we all made it through. Within weeks, our mother was put under hospice care and was allowed to remain in her own little apartment. The staff were so generous with their care for mom and allowed members of the family to stay all night in the apartment as we waited for the inevitable. Dad remains there today, and he loves and prays every day for staff and residents. Of course, there are minor issues that pop up from time to time that may give us pause, but overall, we are grateful for the good care our parents received at the Residence.
