I've been a customer of Marion Hearing for many years and always treated good. Appointments were…read moreeasy and fast to get in and the owner always friendly. That ended this year after I bought a new set of hearing aids. Besides free adjustments I given a verbal warranty that should anything happen in the next few months I could get them replaced and free would be mailed to me. Just let them know ahead. Not sure how but I lost a hearing aid so I notified Marion Hearing and they said no problem, it would take 2 or 3 weeks. I would be charged $150 for the replacement..ok?. That was 2 months ago and they very seldom answer when I call and the 3 times I did get to speak with Him(owner) I was made promises that I would get the hearing aid in a couple day by mail. They never bothered to mail it or the batteries and back to ignoring my calls. There are a lot of things that happen to a business but one thing that isn't affected is honesty.
