Prior to our home purchase, we wanted to put an offer on another home that was 700 sqft smaller and 1 less room. Kim quickly questioned our decision, knowing the situation we were in, she asked if we were sure because she felt that the home wasn't big enough for my husband, our 2 growing boys, and I. We reviewed the home over again and confirmed that Kim was right. We are so grateful that she made us double check and confirm what we needed in a home. He provided us answers and details to ensure we were comfortable to sign any documents needed to move to the right direction to a successful closing of the home. Todd took care of us, he asked question during the inspections that we didn't think of and he took his time to look over the home incase we over looked any areas that were missed. Todd would point it out and took care of to ensure they were fixed. Todd kept us in the loop during escrow and gave us timelines on every event during the process. Kim and Todd are a great team and we are so grateful of them. We can truly and honestly say that we recommend them to our family and friends because they made our dream come true of being homeowners. She was very understanding, very accommodating, and extremely responsive. If something needed fixing, someone was out there the next day. Our washer and dryer broke down, replaced in less than a week. I think what can be said of Krista is the best you can hope for in a property manager / business associate, and that's that if you communicate well with her, she'll hold up her end of the deal. And I'll be honest, as tenants we needed some accommodating.
