This company is horrible! Total bait and switch operation! I tried to refinance my home last month…read moreand the Loan consultant I  was working with told me I was locked in at 3.875%. After my appraisal was completed and right  before my refinance was scheduled to close, I got a call stating that that rate could not be delivered and that my new rate was going to be 4.625%. I couldn't believe it as I thought that my rate had already been locked at 3.875%. I had them cancel my loan and completed it with Quicken at 4.0% with $2600.00 less in closing costs. Those rip off artists at Allied wouldn't even refund the cost of my appraisal and I ended up having to spend additional funds for a second appraisal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

There's literally NOBODY ELSE saying the agents here are rude!) Remax Centre helped me with our first home purchase, and everyone I dealt with was incredible - as a first time home buyer I didn't know anything about the entire process. Our agent was incredibly patient and explained all the details, the mortgage broker that they recommended to us was incredibly helpful, and the process of finding and visiting homes - while daunting - was as painless as it could possibly be! They were extremely accommodating with my constantly changing work schedule - and when all was said and done even the closing process was easy! The owner, Barry Angely (absolutely awesome guy!!) even stopped in to see how everything was going and to make sure we were happy across the board before signing the bottom line!
