The office is conveniently located near my job, but Rachelle being the first face that I saw when I walked in is what sealed the deal. She was so polite and inviting, made sure that all my questions were answered, and I received everything that I needed. Any time I wanted to add a product or make a change, it was extremely easy to give them a call or pop in. I also really appreciated the follow up phone calls I would get from Rachelle making sure everything was going well. I am so pleased with each and every person I have spoken to in this office and that is so uncommon these days.

He falsely claimed there was an issue with my license, snatched my ID and paperwork out of my hands, raised his voice at me, and only reluctantly gave me my proof of insurance after insisting he had already handed it over. His behavior was unacceptable, and because of this experience we are now looking to move all of our policies away from Farm Bureau.

It is more expensive but will save you time and money in the event you need it. Farm Bureau was always the best company we did business with. But I stayed with my half price insurance. I was hit by a driver with no insurance and my cheap insurance company took months to pay my claim and I ended up about $4,000 short of what I deserved. I switched to Farm Bureau and have happily been there for almost 10 years. Don't try to save a few bucks a month to lose thousands when it matters.
