So I've been on this dental journey now for over 5 months now. I had a couple of teeth missing and…read morethen my teeth was cracking. So I got a consultation to see how to fix my problem. After finding out what I needed to do I had to really think will this be worth it. So after making my decision on just getting all my teeth pulled which was 24 of them I decided to go through with it. Dr Minikin was the oral surgeon I trusted on getting me on the next phase. Like I said I had 24 teeth extracted and 6 bone grafts. The thing is I was put out and really didn't feel no pain until the next day. I also had 2 implants put in on my lowers to make sure my denture's wouldn't move around. So after 4 months I think I'm about ready for the next stage. But no I had to go back in for another surgery for a muscle that was to strong. Dr Minikin was very straight forward and told me we needed to do this as well which I did. After 3weeks of recovery I went back and was told I was ready to see my dentist to get dentures made. Everyone in this office was the nicest people you could ask for. So if you're needing oral surgery I highly recommend this place. Now I get to see my dentist next week to get my new Smile

Macy has cleaned my teeth for a couple of years and does a fantastic job each and every time. She is gentle and explains everything she is doing. I have suffered from TMJ my whole life. Dr. Jobst informed me about a special appliance/retainer specific for TMJ sufferers. This has changed my life!!! I only wish I had it years ago! Dr. Jobst patiently explained how it worked and answered my questions. He gave me all of the information so I could make an informed decision. I am not suffering from any more dull headaches since I purchased this appliance that I only wear at night. My daughter also became a patient and purchased one of the TMJ retainers. It has changed her life! Dr. Jobst is patient centered, punctual, provides a comforting atmosphere, and he goes above and beyond to provide the top notch care for his patients. Doctor side was fine, billing was a huge hassle. Bill comes…read morein mail (no option to pay online). Call. Phone tree goes to queue, voicemail answers. Leave message. NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. Another bill comes. Rinse & Repeat. Multiple calls. During hours, after hours, multiple voicemails. I even called yesterday evening after getting a threatening letter, left a voicemail. Finally today, got a human after multiple calls and attempts to try different extentions. "Oh well I never got a voicemail on this extention. If you need to pay a bill, don't follow the bill that comes. Google for the right extension and try and get a humor directly. Not even an apathetic apology when told how hard it was to pay a minor bill. Do not recommend. I don't know if I have ever written a negative review, but this was just such a terrible experience.

They wanted us to sign paperwork we were not comfortable signing because of the lack of information they gave us. They were being extremely passive aggressive without the passive if you can believe it, all because we voiced our concerns with the situation. Go somewhere else, they are scamming people and insurance companies

Dr. Baber and his team were consummate professionals throughout the entire process and addressed all my worries with compassion and understanding. They took time to answer every question and concern I had about the procedure and what came after. I never once felt rushed or that my feelings were insignificant. The consultation with the doctor left me feeling confident and comfortable that I'd made the right choice. The day of surgery went flawless and with very little pain. I've never been as pleased with a dental experience as I have been with OOMS. You're greeted with a warm smile from the desk when you walk in, the nurses are sharp and ready, and even the billing lady was super nice.
