In my profession, I make appointments on a regular basis. I can only imagine what would happen if I delayed the time with no communication or respect for the person I'm meeting. I wouldn't be employed very long. I do understand emergencies and things out of their control, still communicate. I consider this a lack of respect of my time from the doctors to the receptionists. I will find a dental practice that respects me and my time. In my opinion, it's called COMMUNICATION and RESPECT, and unfortunately, this group hasn't figured that one out yet.

I called his office and spoke with Joyce & made an appointment to meet with him. From the moment that I walked into his office I knew in my heart that I had made the right decision. Joyce greeted me with a beautiful smile, introduced herself asking if she could get me a glass of water, a blanket or if there was anything she could do for me. Bethany came and took me to the back; I received the same warm welcome from her. I began to tell Bethany my story she began writing everything down. When Dr. Lim came into the room he introduced himself and said "Sandi I am so sorry that you have gone through all of this I promise you that I will make you a set of dentures that will fit & that you will love," I began to cry I was so desperate at this time I had given up on ever having a beautiful smile again. We began the process that day; I have never been to a dentist that even came close to making me feel that I was his main focus. He spent two hours with me that day making my impressions. He checked everything rechecked everything he was so detailed. He told me that I had TMJ and that on my next visit he was going to give me a treatment to help me. After the treatment I felt so much better, I had been having headache for a long time and now I no longer have headaches. I saw him several more times during the process of making my dentures. I called back a few days later to ask Dr.Sherwood a few questions after I looked more into this issue consulting people in the dental field about pulling the tooth or going with a crown and I was informed I might not get a extensive answer because of my one time payment of $250. It feels like a brace farm with untrained assistants who lack in customer service and skill. Issues 1 assistants who are rude and rough they can try that with teens but it doesn't work with adults I made complaints early on issue 2 untrained assistants that do not know how to properly accommodate braces and clip wires and then tried to charge me for brackets which in the end I did not have to pay issue 3 they got my retainers wrong at least 3 times. Wrong mold wrong retainers, retainers cut too short that dog in to my gums. I went back 3 different times only for the first two times for my retainers to be from another patients mold. Incompetent place that is only interested in maximizing patient to maximize their cash. Would not recommend. Worst customer service experience ever.
