It always appears busy with a range of customers, from men and women as wella s a range of ages. They are good value for money also. I like the friendly chatty atmosphere of the shop. I had a great hair cut by the male owner of the place several years ago - who is obviuosly well trained and has a good deal of experiecne. Unfortunaely I don't think I will be visiting again as the last two times I have been in have had less than adequate hairdresser - very young and obviously very inexperienced and was more intersted in looking at herself in the mirror than giving me a good hair cut and styling .

He went roughly through my hair with straightners and didn't take much notice when my hair snagged. Not good. Giving it 4 stars though because with Rich I'm a satisfied customer. Loses one star due to a different member of staff letting the place down.

The salon has recently been made bigger to accommodate more people and although it looks very young from the outside the clients are all ages. The salon also has a fantastic nail technician. This is my regular salon and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I have tried and always go running back to ask them for emergency help. They also sell a good range of professional hair care, shampoo's and GHD's etc. I honestly cant imagine going anywhere else to get my hair done for a long time. Bit pricier than some salons but totally worth the money!
