The waiting room has snacks and beverages but no Wifi and I couldn't access my Verizon LTE so I was getting a bit antsy and wished I'd brought a book with me. Never leave home without a book. I called around tires shops in the Gassville area of Arkansas and found Schoeder Tire had the best prices out of Every tire/automotive shop including Walmart; ( Walmart's are low grade tires) I took my vehicle in on that Friday evening. They fixed the tire for free and my New tires were coming in on Monday morning. Way better than the week wait the others shops offered. Schroder or rather Shannon never asked my name, phone number or a copy of my license; just politely called me ma'am and said to have a good weekend. ( This is SHOCKING!! I'm from out of State with out of State plates and they don't know me from Adam! Mind Blowing in itself! ) Anyway, I drove off to the town I'm staying in, about 15 minutes away, and the PSI light came back on. I took a chance and called the shop. Shannon answered and told me to come on back in but get the PSI up to 30 before I drive. He said he'd rather stay late than have something happen to me. So, I added the 10 lbs of air and hurried back over to the shop. They put a Brand NEW loaner tire on my rim for me to use for the weekend; again not knowing my name or phone number. It was 5:45 PM friday night when they finally got to close up shop! I called Monday morning and just like they said, my tires were in by 10:00 AM. I went in with NO Appointment and waited about 15 minutes for them to take my vehicle. 25 minutes later I had 4 brand new Name brand tires that came in $30.00+ LESS, per tire, than EVERY other Shop!!! The service here is AMAZING!! Every single person was Extremely polite and very knowledgeable and took pride in their teamwork and getting the job done.. They have tires for EVERY type of vehicle and if they don't have what you want, they'll bring it in Next day!!! This is a very large shop with stables and a large covered bay area. This is a tire replacement and repair shop, so don't expect it to be spit shiney clean outside although the waiting is Very clean. In ALL my life I've never experienced such a trust worthy business with kind, Professional and experienced workers that provide services with Smiles! I'm still in Awww that they stayed open 45 minutes past close and loaned me a tire while asking nothing from me; not even charging me for the repair or disposal fee! Even the customers were kind and very charming! The waiting area has movies to watch while you wait and vending machines, but don't settle in too much because these men are getting you back on the road fast as can be! I would recommend this shop over ANY shop from Arkansas to Wisconsin. They have an Awesome warranty, politeness that can't be bought and outstanding professionals!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop for ALL your tire and Rim needs!!! If they did provide other services, this is where I be coming; even from Wisconsin!!! I give them 5***** plus I say that each one of these men and women should be Proud of being a part of making this Business EXTRAORDINARY!!!
