I have never had such poor and unprofessional service as I have had from Black Widow LLC from…read moreCorvallis, Mt. I received an estimate from them and agreed to hire them to remove 2 of our blue spruce trees on October 15. On October 22 and October 23 they came and cut down the 2 blue spruce trees in the front yard and hauled the debris away but still had the stumps to grind and remove. On October 24 they asked me if I could pay them for the work that they did because they were having financial problems. I paid them the full amount and they stated on their invoice that the stump grinding would be done by October 30. They have kept our money and have never returned to grind the stumps as of November 8. And if that is not already bad enough it even gets worse. We also asked them to remove a 3rd blue spruce tree in our back yard which they agreed to do. They delimbed the tree on October 25 and left that afternoon and we haven't seen them since. On November 5th they texted me and said that they had issues with their insurance and would not be returning to complete the job. I have called and texted them every day but they will not return my calls or texts. As of today November 8th we have a dangerous and ugly snag in our backyard and stumps that are not ground. I advise everyone to beware of Black Willow LLC. They are not a honest worthy company and I don't want you to be taken advantage of as I have been. There are a lot better companies out there to hire and I wish that I would have known about their work ethics and went with someone else. As of today I am out $500 for services that they will not complete.
