While I waited for the truck, another gentleman stopped to make sure I was ok and Craig called me, half way through my original wait time to update me that he was on his way. I was told "Ron is sort of expensive", but for after hours on a rainy night and less than a 30 minute wait time, I was elated to pay $75 for the service. Well when I went in they found that an old gear box that I had run over at night had knocked a hole in my transmission pan. They ordered a new pan and put it on, changed the fluid and charged me $275. still $25. cheaper than what the dealership wanted for just the fluid change. I also had some brake work done and it seems they might not be quite right. But I'm 100% sure if I call them and explain to them that something might be going on they will straighten it out. It might be where I don't have new brakes on the rear too.

If you choose to come here, you risk them performing unneeded work on your car without informing you of the extra cost, up-charging you 65% on parts, and acting unprofessional and defensive when politely confronted about it. For context, I came in with my car which I specifically mentioned was coding for its mass air flow sensor. They performed a smoke test that cost $100, which was entirely unnecessary, as the problem turned out to be an easily detectable 2-inch hole in the air intake hose (you could fit about four fingers into it). I paid $169 dollars for a replacement hose after their 65% up-charge. Additionally, they performed a $50 throttle engine cleaning that I did not request. I paid for two and a half hours of labor, but upon returning to question the process and the cost of the work, I was shown the entirety of the fix, which only took about fifteen minutes. In the end, they begrudgingly refunded me $100 of my $450 bill. My check engine light is back on less than a week later, coding for the mass air flow sensor yet again.
