I needed to notarize something and the notary couldn't accept my POA, it was just that bad. I called to inquire about corrections and went by there, and they were hateful, condescending, nosy, and rude. I was told that they were just using the information my mom gave them, so not their fault. REALLY? I am pretty certain my mother knows how to spell my name. I'm pretty sure a name being spelled two different ways would deserve some attention. Incompetent and useless.

The fact that he quickly replied to the negative complaint demonstrates his willingness to help. It's not their job to investigate, but to litigate. Former complaint does not seem to understand the difference. I have to say the negative review if read carefully actually shows it to be very unreflective of the service and care they truly put into their work. Just because you don't like the outcome does not mean the representation was at fault. I didn't not agree with my outcome, but to achieve the outcome I wanted it took someone "Jeffery" to show me a much larger picture. I did not get what I wanted or feel I was due , but due to his advice got more than I asked in the long run. The attorney was rarely available, and when my friend tried to get updates or speak directly with him, staff always said he was "unavailable" or blamed delays on missing documents that had already been sent multiple times. It's hard to understand how someone can spend that much money and get so little communication or progress on a case that was already in discovery. What's worse, when they asked for answers, no one took accountability. My friend felt completely dismissed and frustrated, and from what I saw, the lack of professionalism was shocking for a firm that charges that much. I'd strongly suggest anyone considering this attorney ask for clear communication expectations and proof of work before paying a large retainer.
