Mark Sank is holding a bank check for $7,500 for a property in which no lease was signed and the deal was terminated due to his client (in which he also is registered as an agent on the property) is refusing to give access to the property in which we were told we would have access two weeks ago. Mark just hung up on me after a 30 second phone call because he is refusing to release funds when he has no legal standing to keep funds in good faith when there is neither a deal in place or even a lease in the works. Disrespectful, screamed at me, condescending, and a total fraud. It isn't the 1900's anymore, you can't just disrespect people because you think you are better than someone else. Mark sank and his law firm Solved my problem, within a very few short weeks. I tried to solve a mortgage problem on my own for over 5 months with no response or reply. I believed that the mistake on their part and my constant contact would solve this easily. It is not worth the aggravation to try and navigate this on your own.
