She fixed a frozen shoulder, straightened my back among other things. Keri-Lyn helped me fix my poor flat feet. With their help they kept me working for a good 12 years. I would have had to quit my job, on my feet, without them. Now I go to the gym three times a week doing they exercises they designed for me. I am a success story for sure Most recently I had a new injury and knew who to call right away. I am a 65 year old woman who did a "luge" down the basement stairs. My tailbone hit every stair till I landed on a concrete floor. I applied ice immediately and struggled through the next eight days. Although I could walk with a limp, sit with a list, and get in and out of a car with some difficulty, I knew I was in trouble and wasn't getting any better. I called the office and spoke to Dr. Rodwin who suggested that sooner was better than later to come into the office. After the laying on of hands, she told me how I fell down the stairs (rotated on my right side) . My unseen bruises backed her diagnosis not my memory of the event. After my first treatment, I walked out of the office still in pain but with a noticeable difference in mobility. The next day I quit taking naproxen. Today was my second treatment and I can stand straight, sit without wincing and pick things off the floor. I realize I have a way to go but every day is better. I would urge anyone with a cracked or bruised tailbone to seek treatment! They can fix many things from head to toe!

Janice failed to cancel my appointment that I had requested to cancel and I was charged a no-show fee. When I called the clinic and spoke to Janice again, my concerns were not taken seriously and there was no willingness to review or correct what appeared to be an administrative error and refused to remove the charges. When I asked to speak with a manager or owner to discuss the matter further, Janice told me that I have to pay $150 if I want to talk to the owner. She even wanted more money from me! She even hang up on me and she said she is getting frustrated! She told me she would call me back when she was feeling less frustrated, but she never called me back. So I followed up with a formal email of complaint and to my surprise, Janice even charged me twice! Mistakes can happen in any business, and I understand that. What matters is how those mistakes are addressed. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability, communication, and customer service in this situation left me very very disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not return to this clinic and would not recommend it to others.
