If you are a tenant of theirs, they respond to your maintenance requests quickly, and ensure that repairs are fast and convenient. Last year they started falling behind on payments to me and I had to keep calling to get them to send checks. They kept claiming it was the accounting software's fault or blamed the post office. They did eventually catch up. Now in fall of 2018 they are three months behind sending me rent payments. I decided to check in on the property myself and talk with the tenant. He also said he has had trouble contacting them to make payments over the phone. My contract with them states they rent is due on the 1st and they will remit statements and payment to owners on the 15th. The last several months' statements were created on the last day of the month, but no payment sent. The statements show the tenant paid on time. I am currently planning an exit strategy from my contract with them, and absolutely do not recommend anyone do business with them.
