Ben Herren is an outstanding divorce attorney and he has the most talented and wonderful assistants you could ever ask for. While their response to my questions were not always as fast as I would have liked, I soon realized and understood that because they are one of the best, they are extremely busy. However, I can say that any time I had a critical issue, (and there were many) they responded immediately and were very sensitive to my needs. Mr. Herren achieved the best outcome possible for me in my "high conflict" case and he actually went FAR above and beyond what I was charged for. This post seems suspicious given it's timing, content, and "Jessica O" has no other Yelp posts or Yelp Friends. Unfortunately this is fairly common practice for restaurants, salons, etc even though it dilutes the integrity of the Yelp platform. It's a bit surprising that this type of behavior would also come from a legal entity. Admittedly, this does feel a bit petty to point out, but I initially used Yelp to decide to work with the Wong Leong Cuccia office. I trusted the existing posts to choose a lawyer, but I wasn't thoroughly vetting each review. This platform is meant to help us see past a company's own branding/marketing/sales material so that we get a genuine sense of how business was actually conducted with other customers. Maybe Jessica O is a real person, but its suspect that the review was not written without some sort of incentive from the legal office directly.... or potentially from someone internally.
