Caring expert explains situation options and plan. Manages his support staff effectively. Best of several ents I've seen.

When they finally did, they didn't listen to my concerns or understand that I was trying to get an appointment as soon as possible. Instead of helping me, they transferred me directly to the billing department. That's when things got even worse. The billing staff claimed I hadn't paid for my previous visit and charged my card again for the exact same amount. After I pointed out that this was a duplicate charge, they couldn't even find my original payment in their own records. Instead, they asked me to provide the payment receipt to prove they had already charged me. It's unbelievable that a medical office expects patients to keep track of their own billing errors because they can't locate their own payment records. Between the poor communication, lack of customer service, and disorganized billing process, this has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a medical office. It took 5 hours just to get someone to call me back, and another 2 hours to get them to realize they had double-charged me and finally reverse the duplicate charge. What a mess of a system!

Don't be fooled by how easy it is to get an appointment with this doctor. I was desperate to get my…read more18-month-old son seen and noticed he had immediate availability. After my experience, I understand why. At our first visit, very little was done other than scheduling a sleep study. That was fine, I understood my son was young and additional testing might be needed. However, between that appointment and the sleep study, we ended up in the ER because of concerns about his breathing during sleep. The ER physicians reviewed videos I had taken and advised me to follow up with the ENT the very next morning because the videos suggested a possible obstruction. I scheduled an urgent follow-up and brought multiple videos documenting exactly what we had been seeing at home. The doctor refused to watch them. Every concern I raised was immediately dismissed with, "He's sick." The problem with that explanation was that I had originally brought my son in before he was ever sick because these symptoms had already been occurring. The exam itself was upsetting to watch as a parent. My son was screaming while being restrained while a scope was performed ( 2 days later another ent did the same not a tear no restraints needed ) The dr offered very little explanation, put him on his 5th round of antibiotics and a steroid and left the room. What bothered me most was not the medical decisions, it was the complete lack of compassion, curiosity, and willingness to listen. I came in with videos, ER recommendations, and genuine concerns about my child's breathing. Instead of feeling supported, I felt dismissed, unheard, and left the appointment in tears. As a parent, there are few things more frightening than worrying about your child's ability to breathe. I left this office feeling like my concerns were treated as an inconvenience rather than something worthy of discussion. I would never return and would strongly encourage other parents to seek a provider who takes the time to listen.

He claimed that my condition was not real and that I should be treated for acid reflux even though I had tried various treatments over the last two years. He eventually left the exam room without giving any sort of actual help. He is very unprofessional and should not be practicing medicine if this is how he will treat patients who are desperately seeking medical treatment.

He entered the room, delivered an extremely distressing prognosis in a blunt and insensitive manner, and left without offering reassurance, options, or meaningful discussion. He presented a diagnosis and emphasized an extreme worst-case outcome that caused significant alarm. Concerned, I sought opinions from multiple other ENT specialists, who expressed that his assessment and the severity he suggested were not medically supported, did not align with their clinical findings, and were not considered plausible. This was both shocking and deeply upsetting The way this information was communicated left me in tears. I will always remember how I felt in that moment, completely unsupported. Regardless of the clinical circumstances, empathy and compassion are fundamental in healthcare, and they were entirely lacking during this visit. After reading other reviews, it is evident that many patients have had similar experiences, which is deeply concerning. It is also troubling that this is the second time my review has been removed, raising questions about transparency. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.
