I had to call 3-5 times, and each time I sat in the queue anywhere from 30 to 95 minutes before giving up or finally getting through. It should not be this difficult to contact the office or reschedule an appointment. The doctors may be great, but the administrative side seriously needs improvement. Please fix the phone system--patients shouldn't have to waste hours just trying to reach someone.

My mom goes to her primary care physicians regularly but she never noticed anything and only tested for thyroid hormones which were normal. Dr Luu suggested an ultrasound and then a biopsy at the pathologist. It turned out that there were some abnormal cells and my mom needed her thyroid removed. Dr Luu is so observant, knowledgeable, reassuring, and humble. My mom was so nervous about the surgery and he took his time to make her feel comfortable.
