Moreover, they said they were going to bill the insurance company for two fillings rather than the procedure they did. No more then a few hrs later my head is exploding in pain, I thought the stupid pills this so called "dentist" gave me would have at least helped a bit and allowed me to work till Tues when he scheduled me for this root canal but NO they are useless. So I was forced to go to a "real" emergency dental clinic where they ended up starting the root canal, which this other dentist should have done or at least given me some sort of shot which I was explained at the emerg clinic that once the pain is gone its easier to keep it gone then try to play catch up. After the pain subsided and I made an appointment with another dentist to get my root canal completed on Tues. But worst of all is days later I awoke to a swollen jaw and piercing pain when I swallowed because the antibiotics he prescribed to me were WAY too weak and the infection spread so I had to go a walk in clinic to have a dr prescribe me stronger antibiotics making the wait for my root canal even longer and of course more days off work. Even the pharmacist was wondering why this antibiotic wasn't prescribed originally because this was used specifically for dental issues.... anyway in my opinion the dentists at this office seem too young and inexperienced to deal with anything serious even though they advertise online as an emergency clinic they are not adept to deal with such situations. In fact it seemed as if monetary gain was their only interest, that being said the administrative staff and assistants were phenomenally kind, considerate and professional, it's just a shame the so called dental professionals in this office are not of the same caliber

Ever since I have been coming to Dr. Han's office I have had nothing but good experiences. Yelena (sp?) is our regular hygienist and Dr. Han checks to see my teeth and ask me how everything is going each visit. Both Dr. Han and Yelena are very diligent and are top notch professionals at what they do. Ever since I switched to Dr. Han my oral health has improved as well so basically they were better than my previous dentist and hygienist as well. My wife usually books early appointments (7am) so I don't have to miss work and it's nice to come in early and get it done even though it's just several times a year it's always been a good experience coming to Dr. Han's office. Horrible Office Staff Experince!…read more I tried to email this place about their dental practices as I was curious for some insight and was rudely spoken to in an email and degraded by whomever emailed me today (2 march 2024). Whoever works at the Dr Arun Narang office should check how this person spoke to me, it was a simple misunderstanding on my part and was hit back with a degrading email that made it seem like I wasn't "serious" about what I was asking about. I was told to send photos, x-rays and a letter from my orthodontist so they could refer me to a surgeon, which I responded that I would get those documents from my orthodontist (since I don't have them with me so I would need to ask my ortho) and I said this I said that I would need to contact my ortho to get this info and I will be in contact with them soon, yet I was screamed at through email by whomever was email. And I was told in the next email ,after I said I STILL need to get those documents for you I will give it to you soon, that " If you want to be taken seriously provide me what I am asking ". How rude can you be. This is how I know this person didn't read my email. I had to email back and refer to my previous email stating that I still need to get the documents. I was also told "Do what I asked of you" which is quite a harsh way to speak to someone who is a potential customer. Horrible Horrible customer service. Staff doesn't have to be this rude, its appalling. Staff shouldn't be this cold to potential customers. I have however found an amazing office somewhere else, the staff is amazing and kind.
