It's a bit hard to find if you aren't familiar with Lenoir City, but she gave me directions when I made the appointment, which was very helpful. The GPS also takes you right to the door, which doesn't always happen when a store is in the back part of the shopping center. My dogs were placed into a group of "new" dogs that had not yet been vetted for sociability. One of these new dogs attacked our older dog and left several gashes on his head. We were not notified of this via a phone call, and despite asking multiple times about their stay when we were picking them up, we were told nothing about it. I provided a letter of satisfactory health from a licensed vet on vet hospital letterhead and was still denied service. They said it was company policy. They then took it a step further and marked his record so on-line appointments could not be made at any Petco store, for any service. I have used many other Petco stores, in-store clinics, and grooming locations in several states and have been satisfied....however, not this one....STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!
