This was our first try and we were thrilled. Mark communicated with us regularly prior to the visit. He arrived just a few minutes late but kept us informed so we knew what was going on. When he arrived he took the time to find our unit in our condo complex. We were impressed when he asked to hold our Megan. She barely shook. He was calm and she seemed to be as well. Mark took her out to his trailer and of course we were stressed. In moments we had a text with a photo which really helped us. A bit later he sent us a video of her during blow dry. It was obvious she was comfortable. His trailer was spotless and she came out looking fabulous. We are scheduling another appointment and looking forward to future dates. read more

I have been struggling with grooming our dog. Romeo, for quite awhile (okay, a long while). His walking is not that great and he weighs 80 pounds. I cannot get him to our car to take him to be groomed. I fell on my hand and my husband is recovering from complications of surgery. When I saw Mark's truck in front of our neighbour's house, I knew I would have to look him up. We texted back and forth. Sent him Romeo's picture and received an estimate. I didn't know how Romeo would react. He first growled at Mark and then we put a muzzle on him. When Mark texted me when he was done, I found Romeo inside relaxed and no hurry to come out. No muzzle. He smells incredibly clean, his coat is shiny and fully brushed out. His nails were clipped just right and the hair on the pads of his feet were nicely trimmed. He seemed to prance as we walked back home. It really made me so happy. Romeo seems to be walking better with his nails trimmed and having a "spa" day. I would highly recommend Mark. read more

Its been hard to find a groomer that I have been totally satisfied with...but my search is over! My Pheobe is a nine year old female corgi...shes getting to be a old lady and needs extra special treatment:) I randomly picked up his business card while I was out...on a bulletin board or something? I called Mark and he answered immediately & gave me a fair quote for deep de-sheding&regular grooming...booked for the following week.Mark was on time and had a clean new dog groom trailer..very nice set up..equipped with a generator. His own pet a really sweet&smart poodle came with him(Phoebe is not the most social dog but this poodle was very well behaved&fun to have around...made the experience even better!) If I could give negative stars I would!!! This place is so unprofessional! When I first called mark we made an appointment for 6:30 that day he called and told me he couldn't make it until 8, I had to meet my family that late so I asked to if we can just do 11 am the next day, he said yes. The next day he called at 11 saying he couldn't make it can we reschedule for two days later and I agreed. Moving forward to today he was suppose to be here at 12:30, called and said he would be 20 min late I still agreed and he was actually an hour late. After all if that he parked 4 blocks away from claiming no parking so I walk there. While I'm walking down my street I see the whole side street is basically clear because it 1:30 on an Tuesday. When I get there I still can't find him so I leave out of frustration and the heat, plus at this point I'm scared to leave my dog with him she's very small. Mark has been grooming our dogs for several years. When he arrives at our house he hugs and kisses our dogs. Mark will do what ever kind of grooming your dog needs with great skill. Our dogs are old and it is so much less traumatic for them to be cared for in Mark's salon one at a time. There are no cages, waiting time, other dogs barking nervously and unhappily. I am so glad I found Mark! My dogs absolutely love him and go crazy when he pulls up. He has an obvious love of dogs. He trimmed the fur that needed trimming....and left BUZZ looking stately. Not too little....not too much.... a perfect cut. Mark was friendly....his new truck was clean and warming.....he was spot on time....and my dog loved his bath. Mark has been grooming our Cavalier King Charles Spaniels for a few years now. He is just incredible. My dogs absolutely freak out when they hear his truck pull up. They start yelping with excitement and scratching at the door when he comes to the house. They can't get in his truck fast enough. They absolutely love him.
