There are so many different kinds of shops in here from The Body Shop to S. Oliver. You can pretty much get any type of clothing here and it's great for both males and females. I like that there's an escalator leading to it, and I love how they have Aldi, Rewe, and Budni in there as well. There are also really cute vendor shops that sell interesting things such as honey bath items and candles. Oh! Don't forget to check out their food court which has AWESOME Indian food. The palak paneer and the chicken marsala is to die for. Make sure to get it with Yogurt and Coriander. Enjoy!

The Quarree is one of the best shopping centers in Hamburg I've been to - unlike the Europa Passage, the Quarree is full of things you'd actually WANT to buy, such as discount clothing, curiosities, books, toys... and they've got a well solid food court with more than decent coffee (disclaimer: I know the owner/manager of the food court at Quarree). They make a mean baked potato! The Quarree is the perfect shopping center which SHOULD have been built instead of the Europa Passage - tucks away neatly behind some buildings, has everything you need for decent prices and provides some competitive lunch options. The center needs this kind of shopping center. Why oh why is it in Wandsbek?

This is a shopping centre on two levels comprising about 40 shops and a multi-storey car park. None…read moreof the shops carry anything spectacular, but there is enough there that you wouldn't need to go too far afield and would appeal to anyone on a budget. Car parking is free, and the highlight for me is the very large Real superstore on one end of level two that carries everything from Crunchy Nut cornflakes to pig's trotters to printers to bicycles to motor oil. If you don't find it here, it's either an up-market product or you haven't looked hard enough. Outside, there are more shops and banks. There's also a so-so greek diner employing as a waitress possibly one of the most beautiful women I have yet seen in Germany. She's friendly too, so what's not to like? Why she's not modelling instead of working at a second-rate diner is beyond me; perhaps she just likes it there, or her parents own the business, or she just hasn't been discovered yet! I am 34 and single at the time of writing, so that might be affecting my judgment somewhat. Oh, I forgot, I'm supposed to be reviewing the shopping centre, not the girl! Handily, this place is only three minutes from my apartment by car, so it's my default choice for groceries and other knick-knacks.

It's such a…read moregreat concept having a cruise terminal inside a multi-level shopping center and especially one with the Westfield brand. There's also a U-Bahn Überseequartier Station inside this complex. We received samples of German chocolate as we walked through the cruise center. It was a great welcome! The shopping mall is still very new. It opened in April 2025. It's a mix of inside and outside spaces which makes it perfect for all kinds of weather. You'll notice that it's a Westfield right away when you look up at the cube glass skylights that let in all that sunlight. The architecture here is even more stunning since it's open to the Elbe River. There's a waterfront on that side where you can see the ships coming and going. It's beautiful! As you enter, you'll notice that there are at least 3 levels of shopping within the building. The interactive map makes it look like 4 with a basement level. There's a souvenir shop for travelers. You may need to buy more luggage if you plan to make it a shore excursion. It's all very tempting. The ground 0 level is where you'll see even more shops and restaurants during an outdoor stroll of Überseeboulevard. There's even a separate food court (called "The Kitchen") that can be accessed by escalator from this main Boulevard. We decided to have lunch at Cardamom Progressive Indian Dining which is in the outside portion of the complex. What a great experience! There are restaurants here that will suit all tastes, but I didn't see any German ones. I think that was the only thing missing. Although, it may be named Overseas Boulevard for a reason. There are many German options as you walk away from the shopping center as well as many attractions. It's all very walkable. It's just an exciting and happening place to be in HafenCity.
