My experience purchasing my coat was very smooth. I found a saleman who spoke English, and he did the rest. The strange thing was, apparently you have to purchase things at this store from a specific check-out area, so they mark it and send it to the cash register where you can pay for it and pick it up. They accepted my VAT-free form with no trouble, and I saved myself over 30 euros! Good experience, will come back here if I need more clothing.

The mall is divided into multiple buildings so you have to know which building the store you want is in. To travel between buildings on the ground floor, you need to go outside. They have the pump available at the front of the store but it's empty. Fortunately, they also have hand sanitizer at the entrances to each mall building. They have a lot of stores I need (Mango, H&M, dm, Primark, Zara) and a lot that I do not (Deichmann, Fielmann, S. Oliver, TeDi, C&A). The restaurant selection could be better.
