On top of that, management does a poor job handling complaints. Instead of properly investigating issues, they send out notices based on unverified claims--including false accusations that had nothing to do with our household. We also dealt with ongoing disturbances from other tenants, and despite bringing concerns up, there was little to no effective intervention. It reached a point where we felt uncomfortable doing normal things in our own home. For the amount of money being paid to live here, the experience does not match the cost. This situation is exactly why we decided to leave. Very disappointing overall.
