I booked the deluxe sea view room, which gives you an unobstructed view of Three Cities beach and the harbor. It's an ideal location, with a grocery store right next to it. The owners were unbelievably accommodating, and they set up a day at sea for me and directed me to some great shopping. The room was clean, and it had a little refrigerator and kettle. And the shower has a rainforest shower head! I would return in a heartbeat!

We came to Datca for midweek relaxation and that is exactly what we got. Fora apart is in the perfect location, the beach right in front of the hotel becomes seating area for all the seafood restaurants. At night, you can leave your room and take a stroll along the water and take in the atmosphere. There were merchants lined up right next to the entrance to the hotel, selling their handmade goods. This was so wonderful. We bought so many little things and mingled with the merchants. The hotel is also about 20 mins (or less) from Datca's winery - which is really cute for sitting and hanging out outside (the wine is ok). There are also a lot of olive orchards around. But the best part of Datca was the natural, unspoiled beauty of its bays. Fora Apart is in downtown region of Datca/close to the marina and a very alive yet clam place to hang out. However, the best parts/beaches are a drive away. There was no elevator at the hotel but a lot of stairs - however, the clerks didn't even let us touch our luggage. They brought everything up and down for us. The breakfast was very simple but plenty. The hotel was a little dark but clean. I had booked a room with city view to save money but when we got there they actually upgraded us to a room with the view of the sea (beach and restaurants) which was really nice of the staff since I did not have to make this request. The apartment room was very simple with plenty of room. Overall, we had a great experience here.

We picked the Knidos Room, which has a deep deck overlooking the sea and Simi Island. The room was bright, cozy, and modern, with an excellent shower. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, though, was the service: The manager, an architect who designed a piece of the complex, was a beacon of warmth and full of suggestions about restaurants, side trips, and the Saturday market. The house Golden Retriever, Zeytin, was a fine one-dog welcoming committee. Guests should note that Villa Asina is not in the center of town, so it's most appropriate for people with cars. But you should rent a car, because there's so much to do in this area (like visiting the ruins at Knidos) for which driving is essential.

The balcony was huge, almost as big as the room itself. There was a fridge in the room but no coffee maker or kettle. The bed was ok, the bathroom had the usual toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) and hair dryer, the shower was good. Since we were facing the ocean there was no noise at night. The breakfast starts at 8:30am daily, they serve hard boiled eggs and a good cold egg salad, a few bread options, veggies and fruits, as well as filtered coffee. They don't serve yogurt but we brought down our own to eat in the morning. There are plenty of chairs lined up out front on the beach reserved for guests and they provide beach towels. The staff was very nice and attentive.
