Turns out the food is really excellent and the service is friendly. They had just launched a new menu when we paid a visit and the sandwiches for lunch were delicious, though not exactly filling. Probably an appropriate serving size. The view from the small windows isn't too expansive, but the atmosphere is still very nice. We'd definitely skip the street level restaurants to dine here again.

Unfortunately the kitchen ran out of lobster but this was substituted with langoustines. The classic Caesars salad was a perfect blend of a traditional with a modern twist demonstrating a wonderful balance of textures and flavours. The main dish was venison with a gorgeous rich jus and little parcels of fragrant sauerkraut, followed by a dessert that explodes with flavour, sweetness, richness and freshness. Every dish leaves you wanting more and is a treat to the palate. Staff is pretty young and attentive but if there is a desire for a second start they need to take it up a level.
