She was patient, always answering our questions and concerns -- and we had a lot of them, as it was our first time selling a home, and we had a somewhat difficult buyer. She took the time to explain how the process worked and what we could expect, for example, during the appraisal. Also, before closing she gave us tips on She is a busy lawyer, working as a prosecutor for Edison, as well as doing multiple closings in a day. While she didn't always reply to us within the hour, she always replied either by the end of the day, sometimes into the late evening, or by the following morning. Mr. Venturi was recommended by another inmate who said he was an excellent attorney. In my research I found this to be true along with the media coverage of other cases to prove. The accusations against me were for a sex crime and my concern was that he mainly dealt with capital crimes such as murder. I contacted his staff and after our talk my family and I decided to hire Jack Venturi. Mr. Venturi immediately went to work. Not only was he able to get my bail lowered by HALF, extremely unheard of in a sex case, but he even help convince a bail bondsman to take my bond, and got me out of jail. After that, he put in several motions in the court, most of which we won and resulted in me going home to my family while we waited for the trail to come around. At trial time, Jack Venturi displayed his best work. During trial, not only was he able to prove that the DA's office was lying and misconceiving what was said in a recorded phone call, he also proved the supposed victim lied, and could not ID me IN COURT. Needless to say, the jury took a total of two hours, maybe three, and came back with a NOT GUILTY, on all counts. I had been charged with aggravated sexual assault on a minor, plus two counts of Child endangerment. This was not Mr. Venturi's specialty and he delivered a home run. It was an uphill battle all the way, but with the experience, ingenuity and drive of Jack Venturi I was able to get my life back. I am now living back with my family and two children in Arizona.
