There's a reasonable selection at Carpet Court, and I took in a picture of the rooms I'm considering carpeting to see what they could suggest. I like to hear the opinions of those who I consider to be "in the know" The staff were a bit hesitant to offer suggestions which I found a bit surprising, but they provided a few suggestions that sounded pretty good. I still haven't made a decision on what to do yet, but I'll be keeping this place in mind.

Here's the majority of interactions we've had with Klemick over the past year: *Locating a place - Virginia kindly gave us a lift to show the house we're currently in. It's been a good fit and we're happy with our choice. *Inspections - An awkward and invasive practice, but fairly painless through Klemich. They organized convenient times and came and left without a fuss. *Water heater burst - A torrent of water was running alongside the house and down the lane. Virginia promptly organized a repairperson who came nighttime and replaced the tank. *Leaky shower - This small repair was fixed in a timely fashion. They keep a key to your house. If it suits you the repairperson can pick up the keys from Klemich and do the repair with zero hassle to you. *We broke our lease - I'm moving to Sydney at the end of the month for work. There was one month left on our lease. They were understanding and Pipi has been very helpful in working to get our place rented out ASAP. In summary, we've found them to be a professional mob. They keep good communication. I've got plenty of trust in Klemich. Their Kent Town office is handy to town by car.

He is a shy but talented fellow who quietly works away in the yard of his studio shopfront and creates magnificently beautiful items for sale. He has a reputation for delivering on time, within budget and always quality produce. You could go to one of those import shops that bring planter pots from over seas, and the price may be marginally better, but you are bound by what they can provide you with - if you go to Mark, he is making what you are paying for, so you can negotiate subtle nuances on the item - the family crest for example, or the name of the house... maybe you would like a particular shape. What Mark does is create art - so it is in the original art end of the price scale, but have a look at his work and chat to him before you rush off elsewhere and buy something that may not make you as happy as something Mark will create. He is not so expensive it's not worth checking out. He is just not a bargain basement either. The work is very high quality and you may be one of those people who enjoy supporting local talent as well, so consider a visit to his wonderful studio where you are likely to find the character and atmosphere wins you over, along with the man himself, he is a really nice guy.
