When we dropped him off he was second guessing and was pretty miserable for the first 3 month being so far from home. He started making friends within 3 months with kids that enjoyed the same interest he had. He LOVED this school and it was the best years of his life. He loved the college, his friends and professors so much that he planned on moving back to Kentucky Murray area one day. He met the love of his life here also and planned on getting married and living in Murray. Sadly he passed away at age 27 and never got the chance to fulfill that dream. If you're considering this school, I give it a BIG YES!!!!!!!

The instructors are amazing, patient, and willing to work with you to understand the material. I loved my advisor, she's one of a kind and keeps the program going for sure. Not to mention Kitchens Cafe is attached to the building for a delicious and one of a kind lunch between classes! If you're considering a degree in graphic design, video or audio production, or any other medium of art, this is the place! I'm sad my time here is over, but I'm proud of how far I've come in my field since starting at PSAD and I know I'll always have a pace to come home to!

We visited Murray State University as part of a college tour. Unfortunately, it rained during our…read morevisit, we were still able to walk the campus as planned. Because the tour guides gave us ponchos whiched made the experience positive overall. The students ate in the cafeteria, which was all-you-can-eat and a big hit plenty of options and very convenient for a group. There's also a Starbucks and Chick-fil-A on campus, which some students chose instead and really enjoyed. The campus felt welcoming despite the weather, and the drive isn't too far for anyone considering Murray State, making it an accessible option.There are State of the art health facility and the panel q and A definely needed to be longer the kids had plenty of questions. We'd definitely recommend visiting (hopefully on a sunny day!) to get the full campus experience.

Stunning architecture. I can say that I stayed in the Murray State dorms in 1984 for one week for cheerleading camp. It doesn't look like the dorms have changed too much. Murray is a beautiful little town. The lawns are are well manicured and tidy and clean. It looks like a safe place for college kids.
