Initially the call went really well and I very much appreciated the direction of some neighborhoods that I might consider looking at. This was very helpful. I ended up looking at one that was the closest to where we were currently living and started doing some home tours. We ended up setting up some viewings, but before the end of that day had decided to make an offer on the first neighborhood after looking at 5 homes. Yes, that quick. Resources: I was introduced to a fantastic inspection person. Additionally, I was introduced to a good finance person. Responsiveness: This is where I really struggled. Making a home purchase is a huge deal, and I need to be aware of what is happening. And what are the things that I should be looking out for and what I shouldn't be looking out for. I typically found myself having to reach out consistently to get updates to get guided on the process. For example, on closing day due to a scheduling change, the agent was not there because they were not informed of the time change and when she texted me for an update the response was it was news to her. I've only made 2 other home purchases but usually it's the agent that is letting the client know about updates to time, schedule things that are needed in all that. After I had taken the survey that was provided to me on the service I had gotten, I received text messages that I did not feel very professional in the response. I explained it was no hard feelings but it was just an okay experience and explained why. Lack of communication was a huge factor etc I will not post these as I feel that that it would be an invasion of privacy but in general it was inappropriate, not professional, and was said to make me feel guilty for putting a neutral response. I responded as such and asked not to be contacted further. All in all based on the lack of communication and the follow up texts sent after, I can't recommend. Again there were some good points but the response texts why this is a negative/neutral recommendation.

We recently purchased a home using the Kink Team. They convinced us we needed to go over market to…read moreget our house, which we did. They recommended an inspector who we used based on their referral. The inspector indicated in their report that everything in the house was working properly. Well - it turns out $20K later this is not the case. My agent did the final walkthrough and did not notice that all the cabinets were dinged, dented and damaged. Both our water heaters, 1 AC unit had to be replaced due to a faulty inspection report. We had to have 10K bees removed and the roof repaired. We spent the last 4 hours of our move calling 15 different bee removal services and have spent the first week in our home with a constant stream of workers to fix all the major deficiencies. This was all avoidable and should have been caught by our agent and our inspector (that was referred to us by our agent). Buying a home is stressful enough - this has been absolute hell. Please note we used Stull Inspections - watch out for them. They will tell you everything is fine, collect their fee and then just tell you everyone is trying to scam you when you confront them on deficiencies. Water heaters are dangerous and can explode - this is a safety issue not to be taken lightly and both Kink and Stull have not taken our family's safety seriously. On a positive note Holly did help mediate some repairs with our seller who was as nice a human being as I have ever met. He helped us and his generosity was an absolute gift. The worst part is he indicated we could have worked all this out before closing had the inspector and Kink team pushed to make sure we were not going to be surprised. We were definitely had some surprises - $20K of them! Recommendation: Stay away form both Stull and Kink - if you have nothing wrong with your house you might be ok, but if you do have something wrong - they won't catch it.

The tenant was allowed to smoke in the home, have a mini farm in the home, allow other people not on the lease to live there, break floors, break the garage, break the fence, break outside brick, and so much more. To have a company clean and haul the trash the tenants left behind was over 3000 dollars. Filthy, filthy​ people to say the least. One positive thing is that they did give me the deposit back. Although this will not nearly cover the repairs, I am grateful for that. THPM needs to really reconsider their business model or even the business they are in. Ultimately, you reap what you sew. People don't understand that.
