This was a very good Marshalls. It was neat and clean. They had a ton of new inventory -- especially featuring fall collections and other related items. I was looking for something new, however, that could be worn now in the 100-degree weather, so I was browsing through all the clearance items. They had a lot of clearance racks in each section so it took a bit longer than anticipated. I also looked at their shoes as I'm always interested in another pair of flip flops or sandals. They've changed how they display their shoes, however. And this was the one thing I really disliked here. All their shoes are now in individual boxes. For shorter folks, like me, that means that all the shoes on the top shelves are no longer visible. And it meant that each box had to be removed from the shelf to view what was inside each box! Eeek! This was so frustrating and exhausting, that I didn't wind up trying on any of them nor buying any of them. Not quite sure they have done this, but I hope they change it. If I was in the area, I'd still stop back by as I know this type of store rotates stock on a regular basis. And I'm glad I came to check them out so I know for future. read more

I found an amazing outfit for $28 that I found one piece of in TJ Maxx for $11. But the service is very very slow. There is no sense of urgency. I have been standing in the same spot for 10 minutes now. Please do better. read more

In the neighborhood and stopped in to check post holidays bargains. Already setting up Valentines merchandise and displays. A small Clearance section and over in the men's section a lot of games, holiday themed material and gadgets have red clearance tags. There are 5 cashiers manning checkout and keeping the lines flowing. read more

Virtually Nothing for men, and what there is, is Third World Junk. You know, the kind of clothes we send to the third world used in huge ships. No more Lauren or Nautica polos, or even close. Clean and well-organized store, pretty quiet in the morning. Around the corner from a wonderful bagel spot. Many parking options due to minimal stores in a large shopping plaza. Maybe this is at all stores now: there was a sign to wait for someone to open the dressing rooms. Now that I know this, I can initiate the process a little earlier in my visit. This is an older store, and the changing rooms match this. I didn't find what I was looking for, but I did find something unexpected and cute that I was NOT looking for, so the whole trip worked out for me! read more

I came here for one thing and ended up with everything but that item! They have so many products to choose from! It ok r very cool and comfortable shoes, make up, shampoo, clothes and household items! Just be prepared to say to yourself- do I need this? and then buy it anyway! It is in a strip mall that also has TJ Maxx so you can have a good time here. And if you need to get coffee in between, you can do that too! read more

Horrible experience with Jackie G the cashier very angry. I can't tell she doesn't like her job I felt like she's angry because I bought a lot of good stuff. She almost destroyed the Michael Kors purse. Security Clipp I tried to respectfully talk to her like four times, she doesn't acknowledge me answer or even look at me once I guess she's not used to Spanish people with money I was about to complain, but when I read on the back, it said that she is the coordinator so pointless. The store was wonderful! Organized, great clearance and so many options!! The customer service on the other hand, HORRIBLE. At check out instantly could tell this cashier hated her job (wasn't wearing a name tag) and was just super nasty and slick with me the entire time. I couldn't even say anything to the manager on duty because they were back and forth talking; giggling in Spanish. Never been to this location and definitely doesn't make me want to come back when I am being treated rotten to when I was super pleasant the entire time. read more

Sometimes I do really well in this store & other times I can't find a thing. Their inventory is constantly changing so I try to stop in every few weeks. I do great with shoes. They have all the name brands & my size is usually in stock. This is the thing, finding what you need is difficult because nothing is organized. Several times I found my size 6.5 shoes mixed in with the other sizes. Heres the thing, I just don't have the patience to go on a witch hunt to find something. Sometimes it's more aggravation than what it's worth & I walk away. I bought a Michael Kors wristlet at a great price & I absolutely love it. Sometimes I get lucky and find an item I love. It's hit or miss & that's ok because there are so many other stores; such as TJ Maxx which happens to be conveniently located in the same plaza. Salespeople are very hard to find & when I am lucky enough to track one down they usually are not very helpful. If you have the time & patience to sort through the racks then you may do well here. I do better at TJ Maxx because the store is nicely organized & the price points are appealing. Hunting for killer deals, secretly searching through the racks, diving into the clearance section, and discovering amazing finds. This is a great place to do just that! A few tips: if you see it here and don't buy it. I will not be here the next to you visit Marshalls! If you like it, buy it. Did I mention, it will not be here the next time you shop. Also, they refund any purchase within 30days with a receipt back to the original form of payment. They have limited amounts of jewelry here but lots of shoes, work out clothes, and purses. I love this Marshalls. It's in a great location first of all with a lot of other nice stores in the area too. This location is always clean and like all most Marshalls have plenty of cashiers working. The selection is similar to most other marshalls stores with your home items, clothes etc... In general Marshalls is pretty solid and I consistently shop at pretty much all of them. I find that home items (towels etc...) are priced very well. read more

Items are in their sized groups. Prices are a bit higher than a Ross. Dressing rooms are a lot nicer with plenty of places to hang your items. Today, there was a great clearance sweep of the shoe dept. It must have happened this week since last week was tax free. I found $69 shoes for $26. Not bad for a quick visit. Love their registers! There were plenty of cashiers today. I did not worry that I'd have to wait in line long. When you are the next customer, there is an announcement to let you know which register was available. Very efficient!! I had to return to the line a second time because I found another item to purchase. Each time I waited, I was served within 2 mins. For such a nice, big store it did not have much to offer as end of Summer clearance items today. Dressing room: There was no attendant when I went in. Don't know if that's good or bad. But, someone was there to take my things when I came out. There are two bright lights on each side of the mirror. Way too bright for a small dressing room! Overall, not too bad for this location. We all know it's all about timing to find the right merchandise at these stores. read more

I came in looking for specific items and didn't have any luck this time. This is a smaller location and appears to be a bit older. On this weekend, it was very busy so I made this a quick trip. On the "Marshalls" scale, this is not one of my favorite locations but you never know so ... Never drive past the opportunity to find a bargain. Happy Shopping! read more

Oh, the glory of Florida shopping. This Marshalls is clean, organized, and has great merchandise. Way more better than a San Francisco Marshalls or Ross where "customers" have been known to use changing rooms for dirty deeds of all descriptions. Good selection of designer wear, lots of Born sandals and shoes, friendly and helpful staff, altogether a nice experience. read more

Clean and organized! My only complaint is that the racks are all very close together. Everything feels like it's caving-in on you which is a little claustrophobic to say the least. Awesome sales! I got an incase slip on case for my macbook-pro the other day for 15 bucks! At the Apple Store they sell it for about $40! What a steal! Lot's of old people! Be patient if you get stuck walking behind them, they're slow-- But they're the sweetest so don't rush them. Other than that, it's a great store for some awesome sales on designer clothe, shoes, handbags, and lots of other trinkets. read more

This is my go to Marsalls. I find great kids clothing at great prices here. The thing i really like about stores like Marshalls, Ross, etc is that they have pretty interesting food sections where you can find different flavored honey or preserves. I have found many interesting kitchen items at these stores. I'm a big klutz and always breaking wine glasses, martini glasses, shot glasses... If it's breakable, I will break it. I'm always replacing my glassware from here. I thought after my son passed the toddler age, I can start bringing back glassware into the house but he's 11 now and I'm the one still breaking things. read more

Great store, nicely organized and really well stocked...my only complain, and silly me for complaining about this, is the music...gosh that sometimes your are on the shoes section and you are listening to pop and right beside, on the clothes section you can hear something else very loud...it's annoying that's all... read more

The store manager here has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. I have now had two encounters with her that left me speechless. For example she would not let me return an item to her store that I got at a different location in Boca Raton because they made a mistake. She said it wasn't her problem and I would have to return it to the location I bought it. I will never go back to this location. I would rather drive out of my way to another Marshalls then give her my business. read more

I'm in this store every Sunday and I've never had a problem until today. While I was checking out at register 6 a woman came over, who I happen to see every week, and asked if I was going to use my TJX card. I said no, like I always do, and then she continued to bully and argue with me about opening a card. The poor girl who was ringing me up looked mortified and I was so upset that I left behind $103 worth of purchases. I called when I got home and spoke to a manager, Rick, who was as taken aback as I was by the incident but I'll probably never shop here again. read more
