Of course with Torrid being my girlfriends favorite store, we stopped by! The workers were super helpful in every aspect! They helped us with some of the deals they were having and they waved the shipping on an item to my house because they did not have my girlfriends size in the pride shorts during that time! For…read morethe most part when you visit a shoe store, you have someone who comes up to you, to see if you need help find something or if you need a shoe in a certain size but when we came here, the entire 30 minutes we were there...nobody came up to use. The lady was just walking through the aisles but did not see her approach anyone. So we looked for the shoes we needed and luckily they had the size we needed on the floor and continued to check out. The store itself was well organized and they have good stock but the bad customer service will probably keep me from returning.

Unfortunately I went in yesterday to look for some shoes & noticed that almost all brands of shoes looked like Yeezys. The Addidas looked like Yeezys, the Nikes looked like Yeezys, the Converse looked like Yeezys. I'm not a big fan of Yeezys so I would give them a rating of 3 stars instead of 4.
