Very slow service. Not very busy . Store is clean but not a large selection like other Marshalls

Great store, standard Marshalls. Lots of selection and great prices. Lots of employees at the counter too so the line wasn't too terrible.

I shop here almost weekly and haven't had any problems till the other night. I found a pair of really used and wore out kid boots and women's sneakers. I brought this to the attention of the associates and they didn't even flinch. They flat out didn't care. This made me suspicious that one of the employees is switching out their own shoes with new shoes and selling the disgusting used shoes to people. Infuriating because some people shop there to get good brands that they maybe can't afford to buy at full price. Very disappointed. Gave three stars in hopes of a change. read more

Marshals clearly has some great product available in their store, and the sales associate that I worked with at the register was absolutely awful. I can't find the employee number on my receipt but the gentleman I bought two purses from Kate Spade. The gentleman ripped the paper out of the inside of the purse, as if clearly, the purse did not belong to him he treated those purses horribly threw them on the counter and then processed the rest of my sale. It was a disgusting experience of poor Retail. And I a 35 year retail executive. read more

A few days ago when Colorado began opening up, I decided to make my way down and get some much needed shopping in. There were only two ladies waiting in front of the store when I arrived, which I was so thankful for. I was even more thankful for the manager who opened the doors 10 minutes earlier than usual. I made sure to let her know, which I hope made for a good start to her day. The selection here is always good and plentiful. I was still a little worried about the Covid situation, so I did my best to keep the trip short. In total I rounded up 20 gorgeous blouses (all on sale), and made sure to purchase a reusable bag to carry out my findings. I look forward to many more shopping trips to this location! read more

It's amazing that associates can complete a transaction without having to speak a word you might as well hire robots all associates had a very flat affect to their faces except for one elder associate. I went two days in a row and experienced the same lack of warmth or greeting or thank you for shopping with us. Glad I won't be back. read more

Was standing in line, saw these three criminals loading up merchandise and concealing every thing into bags. They got spooked and left after loading everything up into the bags. I informed the cashier and he basically laughed. For 5 mins no one recovered or cleared out these baskets. Now basically a safety concern. Scary, no one even greeted these customers. read more

I love this this company, and I shop at multiple stores in Colorado, however, I feel unsafe every time I come in now. There is always someone stealing, shopping carts, full of items, or duffel bags full of items. My husband has taken many carts from these people who are stealing and is putting himself in danger to do so. Marshalls is doing nothing about the security of the store, and I feel unsafe every time I shop here now. Please do something about the security of the store. People are walking out with thousands of dollars of items, while I am going to the shopping register to pay for my items. This is highly unsettling, and I feel as though I shouldn't have to pay for those who who are coming in and stealing when prices increase, because I am paying for my items. Thank you for doing something about this matter in Colorado. read more

I always thought all Marshalls were created equal... You know, dig around and if you're lucky, find something awesome. This Marshalls stood out. I did find a couple of great items that were exactly what I was looking for but that can happen at any Marshalls. I couldn't help but feel like their prices were cheaper than other locations I've been to. I bought a pair of great sunglasses - marked down to $4.00. In the clearance section, saw a bunch of tees at $4.00 - $7.00. It just seemed extra cheap. Oh and the lady working the fitting room area (older woman with short hair) was soooooooo nice! Also somewhat rare in the retail world. Another thing I have never seen at other Marshalls were the really high-end items. They were located in the check-out aisle (to be in view of the cashiers). Saw a large Versace bag (marked down to $700, I believe) as well as a few other high-end designer bags and luggage pieces. Cool. Love this location! read more

Recent visit was with Hubs on Saturday November 16th 2013. I like this Marshalls... This Marshalls reminds me of TJ Maxx a lot, the one I like way down Northwest Area of Denver aka Superior. Furthermore TJ Maxx, Home Goods & Marshalls are under the same umbrella aka Organization, duh! They have many more "branded" items that I like to purchase. The staffs are always helpful. Sometimes at the CLEARANCE Sections, I managed to purchase the items needed at a much lower price cost. SCORE! DEFINITELY many returns to this Marshalls when needed. Just need to have the patience to go thru the piles of stuffs, though I cannot deny, the staffs always rearrange them back properly in every visit I have been to. Just take note to self, always shop early in the morning when they just open the store. Parking can be a nightmare especially if you arrived almost Noon On Weekends! I am always impressed with this Marshalls' clothing selection -- especially for smaller men. It is always hard to find good deals on clothes these days unless you are taller. Their home goods selection is a great place to find last minutes gifts. read more

I was shocked when I went here for a belt, had to hit the restroom first, walked out of the restroom and into an aisle with snack foods galore from different manufacturers I had never seen before -- including a favorite that I rarely see anywhere, and if i do it's an arm and 2 legs cost-wise *but not here* -- taro chips. You kidding me bro? For $2 a bag. Amazon usually charges $5.79 or something higher. I was amazed. There's a serious variety and selection of goods here; books, bath accessories, home decor...it's not just all clothes. And much better stocked and organized than the nearby Ross Dress For Less across County Line. Give this place a shot just for window shopping, you might find some amazing things you want! read more

Pleasantly surprised. That's how I would characterize my recent trip to Marshall's. The store is big, bright, clean and organized. (Which was a nice change of pace after being next door in the chaos that is Nordstrom Rack.) And, the employees were helpful, which is a nice concept for a bargain store. I was asked if I needed assistance a couple of times while browsing and the employee at the check-out register was friendly as well. All of the clothing is in the middle of the store with signs overhead directing you to the right location. Shoes, handbags, luggage, housewares, kitchen stuff, bedding, and such are around the outside edges of the store. This is still "thrift store" type shopping, where you need to search for what you want. But, Marshall's has made it much easier and less time consuming by grouping things together in an orderly fashion. In fact, it was so welcoming that I even browsed the whole store for an unexpected deal, rather than sticking to what I came for. I came in hoping to find a cute sundress, which was not to be. But, I left with a fabulous pair of Kate Spade sandals that immediately touched a sentimental chord in me. Yes, that's right, I said Kate Spade and Marshall's in the same sentence. While I can't say I'll be a frequent Marshall's shopper, I would definitely drop in again if I was in a bargain-hunting mood. read more

One of the nicer Marshall's I've visited recently. Selection is solid and pricing is alright to good. The store has a nice layout with plenty of housewares and furnishings for your house or apartment. Although I didn't buy anything, I don't have any complaints about the place. read more

I seriously got lost driving in Lone Tree (Thanks Snoop Dogg voice navigation - fo schizzle) and stumbled on a great Marshalls. Across the street from Park Meadows Mall (on the side where Nordstroms is) there is a shopping center with the chain stores including Marshalls right next to the stoplight. I ventured in super fast! Not all Marshalls are well kept, but this location was organized, clean, spacious, airy, and bright. I was immediately drawn to their huge selection of women's shoes. Sorry guys, they had shoes for you, but not a lot, surprisingly. . Everything was so neatly tucked in its spot here, that clothes and items were an easy find. Sections of the store were so orderly. Each single dept had big signs on the ceiling to direct you easily, just in case you're blind like me. The selection/variety: Women: It seems to me the hardcore Marshall stalkers know when shipment comes in, because sizes were down to minimum when I got there and shipment arrived the same morning! Ladies if you see something you like, buy it or put it on hold. They had an OK selection of clothes. Since Park Meadows is across the way, I was almost sure their buyer would get the close outs from there, but it was so little of premium brands, but numerous amount of factory name brands. Though the good stuff sells quick, as what I experienced. I did notice the XL-4X section had a great selection and prices, I sometimes get jealous of the full figured lovelys because their items are higher quality :) lucky! Men: It was all right. Come here for the last minute stuff like shirts, jeans, slacks, socks, swimwear, and gym clothes. I barely saw any premium name brands, sorry. I did see a lot of the factory name brands, which are good too, to save some bux. Shoes are hit or miss for you guys. Customer service was so helpful, friendly and funny. In all, this location is great and it's always good to save money right?! 4 stars for a great find and money savings. Shop till you drop. I did! read more

Great deals everywhere! I bought 2 pair of Dockers pants for work and they fit PERFECT! I'm so happy when I put the on. The deals are awesome too. We were going to go to JC Penney's in the mall but even after using their coupons, we would still be paying more than what I paid at Marshall's! Everyone offers help and is courteous. The checkout lines do build up fast so I would recommend keeping one eye on it when you're about ready to check out. Too bad they don't have back stock of some of their clothes. However, I understand how they can offer incredible prices! They move stock super fast! read more

Poor customer service from manager & cashier. Refused to refund to my card (original form of payment) although it was within 30 days, tags attached w receipt because they "could not find item on my receipt". They said I must not have been charged for the item originally, although I was- and it was only $20. Very rude and condescending. read more

A discount store is all a girl needs sometimes. Nothing fancy. Whether it's home goods, clothing, knic knacs, or something else, Marshalls has it all and usually with pretty good prices. There are some great deals if you don't mind looking for more than a minute. I don't come often, but when I go to a Marshalls I usually walk out with a bag of miscellaneous items for my apartment and my closet. read more

I love this location! I love their selection, and parking is never too stressful. I can always find a parking spot reasonably close to the door. I also love this shopping area because you have some good stores and restaurants that you can easily walk to! Overall, I love shopping here! read more

I really like this location. As silly as it sounds I really liked the dressing room set up because they have hooks on the walls that help you organize your try-ons. I always mix my clothes up when I have too many and have to retry them on lol. They have one that says "not keeping" , "maybe later" and "definitely" I thought it was cute...small detail but important to people like me. read more

Definitely agree with Marshall's being the indisputably better cousin of TJ Maxx & Ross. Don't get me wrong-- they both have their moments, but Marshall's always manages to come out on top. Simply the best of the discount clothing stores, in my opinion. Check it out. read more

By far my favorite out of TJ Maxx and Ross. Marcel's is what I like to call it kinda like how people call Target... Tarjay. All my BCBG shoes, 75% of my Polo shirts (yes they even have the pique slim fits once in a while), Ralph Lauren bedding, chic photo albums and most of my handbag collection comes from Marcel's too. If anyone is out there to produce a show like "Dress for Less" hit me up. I am confident I can do the job. I can make anyone look like a million bucks. read more

The only way to describe this Marshalls is to think of your closet on those days when you have "nothing to wear." You look around, see a decent amount of stuff and feel like you should be able to find something, but you don't. It even has a "HomeGoods" section, but it's more of an afterthought. Don't expect to find anything here, just consider it a bonus if you do. read more

I love this Marshalls. It is fairly organized and they have a lot of stuff! I always find great stuff for pets and my home here. It's a dangerous place because you can sure send a lot of money. This location is still there. I am not sure if it closed at one point but one reviewer said that it closed in 2011. read more

I had put a pair of boots and a throw on hold. Circumstances wouldn't allow me to pick it up the next day ad planned. I called the store to see if they would hold it one extra day. Sure, no problem she said. I asked her to make sure she adjusted the pick up date. She would do it right away, she said. Went to pick the items up and guess what? Not there. They had been put back. The manager was standing right ther, heard the whole exchange and never offered one word of apology. This store has only been open a month. Cannot recommend.
