I love the deals that you can get at Marshall's. Every week is different, some days you get lucky and you find stuff that you really want....other days, it's just take it or leave it....LOL. I decided to check the deals at this store on men's socks and the prices were not too bad. Their clothing department was well organized and well stocked. When I walk into a Marshalls I go straight to their toiletries department. I've found some of the best natural, non-toxic lotions for my family in large sizes for a good price. Next, I venture to their home-decor department where I always find great deals on cute decor for my home. And Marshalls is one of the best places to shop for seasonal decor to decorate your entire home. This particular location is always busy on the weekend so I try to get there early enough to avoid the long lines. The store is usually organized really nicely, however towards the end of the day it tends to look a bit chaotic and crowded. The only place that I feel could use more help and organization is the ladies fitting room. It seems to always be a mess no matter what time of day or day of the week I visit. read more

I've been going to Marshall's since I was a little girl up in Massachusetts. They are known for having brand name clothes for less. I find some great deals here from time to time. They get new shipments in every weeks so it is best to shop often. You have to pick through the mediocre stuff to find something you really like but it can be fun if you are in the right mood. read more

I was looking for a running jacket for an upcoming trip to Chicago when an employee approached me and told me I was not permitted to try on the jacket due to covid restrictions. This would have not been an issue if: 1. Numerous other customers were trying on clothing throughout the store and nothing was said to them. 2. There was no signage indicating this policy, nor was I advised by the greeter at the front upon entering the store. I don't like to jump to conclusions, but I was the only dark skinned person in this store that was approached - plenty of fairer skinned customers we're trying on merchandise over their clothes throughout the aisles, before and after I was approached, all within clear view. It seems suspect that I was the only one approached by this employee. I've shopped at this location and other Marshall locations in the area during covid without issue and I've never been approached like this. If this is in fact store policy, then there needs to be better indication of this upon entering each store, otherwise I'm going to assume this was an isolated incident and I was purposely targeted. Ironically, the item I was looking at was filthy with numerous black stains on the (white) garment, as if it had been dragged across the floor or it was a return that was not properly inspected. If you're going to cite covid as your reasoning for customers not to touch merchandise, then please be sure you are inspecting your own inventory to confirm they are defect free before returning them back on the floor. I will be contacting corporate office to file a complaint. read more

Terrible customer service. Long lines unnecessarily. Sales person yelled yes yelled at me for trying on a coat. Says she now has to remove it from the floor. So I guess all the clothes people return have to also be removed from the store. As I was leaving saw about 2 people trying on coats without incident. read more

Has to be my favorite Marshall's store. Marshall's is great for finding name brand clothing, at this discount prices. The store is very clean and the employees are very helpful. However, this store suffers from the same inconvenience that most department stores customers typically complain about. During their peak hours the lines can get extremely long, if you ever had a Nokia phone, remember the game "snake"? The more you are the longer the snake got. Well the lines here can wrap around to the entrance door. It appears management attempts to cut costs by having less employees during rush hours in a attempt to maximize profitability. Other than this this store has just about anything you need for your house, such as candles, cookware, storage, furniture, decor. It also has a vast quantity of sporting goods merchandise such as Nike and under armor. Don't forget about their fine clothing, brands such as Express, Kenneth Cole, Calvin Klien, Cole Haan, Etc. Bought some shoes over a month ago and thought they'd at least exchange them, WRONG! Bob the MOD and Jonathan the clerk said sorry can't help you, I said throw them in the garbage I guess you got me. Just letting you know the Levis dress / Sneakers are garbage that's why they are on clearance, save your receipt as the soles will come unglued shortly after wearing them. Completely amazed on how well organized everything is in this store. I am used to department stores like Marshall's or TJ Maxx to be messy and disorganized. I was completely floored when I saw a whole shoe department that had a large variety of shoes in many sizes. And the best part, they had boxes. What a miracle. The clothing was also very organized. The sizes were in the correct spots, and they had so much to choose from. If you are anywhere in Northern Miami Dade county or in Broward, I recommend taking that extra little drive to this particular Marshall's, it will be a great shopping experience. read more

There are so any options from home good items, clothing and shoes, pet toys, baby goods and suitcases. Everything is well organized but things are limited and you can't order extras. This used to be my favorite store up until recently I started noticing a new trend. Loss prevention follows and spies on female shoppers. It is really ridiculous, I noticed that they don't follow the male shoppers at all. One of the customers said she was followed in the bathroom by security and she was fuming. I had the worst experience yesterday afternoon. I always shop at this store. I was having lunch at Panera, then headed to Marshall's. I saw a purse I wanted and I stepped away to grab my cart.The purses are locked up but when i headed back, another lady was looking at the purse. I was waiting to see if she'd take it or not. If she didn't, I would wait until someone could unlock the purse for me. Luckily, she walked away. I went back to the purse and grabbed onto it, looking to see that it was in good shape and wait for an associate. Then, the lady comes back and claims that I'm holding on to her purse. I ask for a manager. The lady tells him that she grabbed the purse first and that i physically saw her with the purse first. Sure, I had seen her, but she left. And I was actually first. I have a picture and text messages to my husband about the purse. At that point, i still had my hands on the purse. She was rude and nasty. The manager did nothing to stop her from verbally attacking me. She even kept putting her hand to my face, saying "talk to the hand" so to speak. The only time he spoke to me was to assure me that he would not be selling the purse to me. This is complete discrimination. I don't even care about the purse at this point. Its the complete disregard for the situation. All he did was grab the purse and say he would call us if he could find another store with the same purse. DISCRIMINATION. He never told the lady anything about her behavior. Only told me he wouldn't let me purchase the purse. read more

wow, this is by far the best marshalls ive visited. mind you; i know where every marshalls is located in south florida and in tampa. the customer service was impeccable. i actually did not have to wait half an hour for price check and the cashier was smiling and pleasent. items were in order and easy to find. it was bright and clutter free. nice...the quality and availability were great. although this marshalls is several miles from my area i do not mind taking the drive. it is well worth it. read more
