Store was over picked. I went there for bath bombs and baby clothes. The employees were rude. I had to dig through the beauty section to find bath bombs. There were only 2. Aside from much of the apparel looking very matronly and picked through, what really surprised me was the spicy little cashier who said "Why so I have to do all this sh*t?" to another employee in front of me. It was highly unprofessional with no regard to the customers in her presence. read more

I love going to Marshalls because you never know what you'll find. I came looking for closet accessories and I found some that I really like at a great price. While I was in line I even found things just looking at all of the merchandise that they stock the checkout line with. I was able to find a really good price on a Bluetooth speaker which I had been shopping for all day. I actually returned one to Best Buy Earlier that day only to come to Marshalls and find one better than the one that I returned for half the price. This particular store always has lots of surprises since it seems to be off the beaten path for some shoppers. Because the deals are so good be prepared to stand in the line since they usually only have two cashiers working and the line can sometimes take as long as 10 minutes to get checked out. The deals are worth it and the cashiers are very friendly so give them a smile and say thank you on your way out of the store. They really appreciate it. The only complaint I have is that this store is messy at times. I like looking around and finding cute little random things. The wait in line does take some extra time sometimes. If you love makeup - look through their makeup selection. Sometimes they have some high-end brands at great prices! I wasn't able to find any worthwhile when I went on Valentine's Day...however, I did find this little Unicorn head statue thing that had some potpourri or something inside it. It was cool so I bought it! The staff isn't as bad as these other reviews have mentioned...at least not when I've been there! read more

I love the deals I can find at Michael's they have a huge clearance isle where I can almost always find what im looking for. The did a remodel about a year ago and it really opened it up and seems more organized. I hate when people say its always messy because I used to work there and let me tell you the inventory on all the stickers beads and Crafts is crazy. I will go to Joanne Fabrics for fabric but everything else I am coming here. Well done Michael's great management! read more

This store is TERRIBLE. The employees are absolutely clueless and so rude. I tried to return an item, and they would not accept it because it was from a homegoods store. A customer next to me told me the store has done the return several times, and the manager basically told me that they pick and choose the customers that they return items for. The simple fact of how rude/slow the employees are every time i go there is the main reason i hate this store. However, this experience will ensure that i never return. read more

I love Marshals and HomeGoods in general but this is by far the worst location ever!!!!! First complaint, I was buying two large and over sized tables. I asked staff about assistance with them. The staff looked at me like I was suppose to carry them to the front and stand in line.... The tables are over 5ft long!!!! Are you serious???? The staff then got an attitude when I asked if there is someone to take them to the front so I can pay for them. Second complaint is that there was a long line but normally I don't mind because it moves quickly. However, this line wasn't moving at all, 20 minutes until I reached the cashier counter. Third complaint is that when I was ready to cash out the tables weren't brought to the front. The cashier then asked me to show him the tables and so they can bring them up to the front... Once again are u serious?????? So then WE go to the back of store to point out the tables that I want to buy. The tables are GONE and he wasn't able to locate the tables for 2 minutes.. He then asked all the staff and then it was located on TOP of a shopping basket in the middle of the FUCKING store. How was I suppose to know that the staff just threw them on top of shopping carts and then left them in the middle of the store.WTF??? So I cash out and ask for help to load them in the car. I was promised that help was going to be provided. My car was parked in front to load my new items into my truck. The wait for the staff to come out was ONLY another 10 minutes for them to even start helping me. They were both loaded and I thought this story was done. I thought wrong!!!!! When I got home one of the table leg was not only scratched but severally chipped. I returned back to the store within 15 minutes. They only wanted to give me $12 off which is only 9% off. Needless to say I only returned back home enjoying one table and NEVER RETURNING TO THIS STORE LOCATION!!!!!!!! I wrote this whole thing in line for my return!!!!! The manager/coordinator "Bob" was not helpful either... I seriously think they gave me the wrong name so I couldn't list the name. read more

I am very disappointed. I have always loved Marshall's and never had a problem before but I bought a clearance item jukebox and I took it out of the box and there was no remote and it didn't even turn on. I called and spoke to a manger named Shirley and she was of no help at all whatsoever. I expressed how frustrated I was that I had just spent $50 on this item and she said they could not order a new one for me and was not very polite about it either. Again, I'm super disappointed in this Marshall's. read more
