Unfortunately, the aisle listed was not marked. I spent close to 20 minutes looking for the product. Did find a sales person who also could not find the aisle or anyone who knew where the item was. At checkout the BOGO was not given. We told your associate that the towels were on sale and the sign said BOGO she did not know what to do and a gentleman associate came over to help. I walked him back to the towel section and showed him the sign. Went back to the check out and he told the girl that the towels were BOGO. Well now neither associate knew how to adjust the price on the register. Then another associate came to help.I a get it was a BYGO sale. She then was told by the associate who saw the sign that they were. She had me walk her back to the section and showed her the sign. She said oh no this sign is not right and the towels were on sale but not BYGO. I said but that's what the sign says. She took the sign down and said well they are not do you still want them? I said no! As my daughter and I walked away, ALL of the associated were laughing at us, yes laughing. Do you think they were laughing because they won the dispute or they were laughing because they just didn't care that the customer is never right at your store? Any way I guess the signs mean nothing, the help means nothing so I will shop elsewhere.

There was NO EXPLANATION, just order cancelled. I called their customer service line. The woman there said the order was cancelled by their card processor over fraud concern. WTF? I asked for solution. She said I could try placing another order. WHY would I want to spend another 15 minutes doing that, when the result is guaranteed to be identical. I asked her to solve my problem, not tell me why HER system failed. After 10 minutes on hold, she came back and told me, oh, I don't have a way to fix this. Never again will l attempt to do business with these dummies.
