Awful experience in Best Buy Plaza Fiesta San Agustin. Bought wireless headphones for Christmas…read more Charged them fully as per instructions and then found out they only work for 20 minutes before cutting off. Tried to return or exchange today and were refused. Brand new, with receipt, NOT WORKING but no refund or exchange. Is that fair? DO NOT SHOP AT BEST BUY!!!
