A friend recommended this garage to me when I explained how I suffered when dealing with my car at…read moregarages in France due to my lack of car terminology in French (among other words). Needless to say she tells me about, Nathan, the guy who works there from Texas....I was sold just on the communication ability alone. Finally a garage where I can communicate instead of getting a bunch of shrugs or a chuckle when I hand them my google translated requests. My car, a second hand automatic bomb of a Renault has been in and out of this garage and every time the service is perfect and professional. They even provide tow services from my house...where my car has died twice. He is even finding me someone who will take my car for scrap...you will never want to read my review of the Renault Espace. I never seem to trust the other places I have taken my car to, partly because 1. they think I don't know a thing about cars 2. they tell me I need new tires when I know I dont 3.because of this they have lost my trust. Nathan, I trust 100%, he doesn't tell you BS to drum up more business. He is honest. I will need another car very soon and will only take it to him for any kind of service. He has another location in Geneva in the Paquis as well....oh!! my loaner car was an adorable smart car and in the Paquis location they loan out Segways, even better!!
